A native of Portland, OR, Dr. Paymon Hossini received his doctorate from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2009. After completing his rotations at the Tripler VA Medical Center in Honolulu, HI and Optometric Vision Development Center in La Jolla, Ca, Dr. Hossini moved back to Portland and has been seeing patients in downtown Portland for the last 3 years. Dr. Hossini has a strong background in the diagnosis and treatment of anterior and posterior ocular disease with an emphasis in Glaucoma, Cataracts, and Diabetic Retinopathy Co-​Management. The majority of his practice hours are spent performing comprehensive glasses and contact lens examinations utilizing the most up-​to-​date contact lens materials and methods to maximize his patients’ quality and comfort of vision. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, running, and playing soccer and tennis.
