A $ 100 dollar multipoint pen…24 days later and it acts up, 34 days later it breaks, a call to get fixed, a trip to Portland, and come to find the excuse «if it would have been 30 days after you bought it, I could have given you a another…» And then rather than grab the spare parts box… she grabs a box of bundled vendor business cards, and the words «you need to call them to get this fixed» as I thought I could just wiggle it with my fingers and magically it would be fixed.

Sad thing is this is my second purchase from this place… this is «no paradise» and will not buy from here ever again!!!

These folks really did try. We probably went through about a dozen or so boxes of possible refills looking for a refill for my sparkly pen.
I’m not sure why my pen is so hard to find a refill for. Originally it was purchased at BCBG and I received it as a Christmas gift 3 years ago and frankly, it’s a miracle that I haven’t lost it.
I have tried all the usual places looking for a pen refill. You know, Office Depot and the like. Paradise seemed to be my last hope.
I may check back from time to time just to see if anything new comes in and if my luck changes.

I have been in this store three times and they are always friendly and helpful. More important, I have called for refills and described my pens and they always know exactly what I need and mail them to me. They make it very painless, and it saves me a ton of time! Great place!

This is a pretty cool pen shop. It is the only one in the area so I better be nice to it, yeah? No really. Lots of high end pens, pencils, wallets, nice briefcase type «luggage», nice pads of paper.
This is the place I got a $ 4 refill for my 10 cent pen. You know the pen. It is the one I found at the bottom of a Goodwill bin that is worth $ 1600? A Mont Blanc limited edition ball point 75^th Anniversary pen with 23 caret rose gold, mother of pearl and a diamond — and in very nice shape.
My husband is usually the one who wants to go here for refills for his three Mont Blancs (all his were given to him as bonuses, ect, the one he gifted me was the most he has ever paid for one: 10 cents). I just remember what I remember.
Nice staff, it is in the Pioneer Square Mall on the main level (no escalator). It is a bit out of my way, personally, but with a GPS and after 7pm? but before 8pm? Free parking on the street.
I really should look at their wallets someday. Why? Because I can’t *stand* most luggage stores (why do luggage stores often have attitude?). This place does not ‘have attitude’.
We usually go to the pen store in Carmel, CA and there should be one at the mall in the San Jose, CA area.

If you enjoy writing as an art and using nice pens this is the only place to go in the area. Yes, a BIC can put ink to paper but you can feel the difference with a good fountain pen and good paper.
The staff is friendly and very helpful pulling out all the different type pens I was interested in. Good selection of fine writing instruments such as Mont Blanc and Waterman pens. Mainly catering to the standard daily use pens not many collectible or limited editions. The staff can special order collectible and limited edition pens for you.
They are one of the few places that have ink and cartage for more expensive pens. I was able to get a ink cartage for the Mont Blanc Mozart edition pen, which can’t be found anywhere else in the area. Prices are fair, especially being the only fine writing instrument shop in the area.

Rode my bike down to get a Lamy All-​Star. I wanted the refillable cartridge and the shipping on those is more than the part if you order online. Plus I wanted to check out the colors before making my decision. The counter person was helpful and walking into swankville in bike drag and red faced from a 23 mile ride did not get me any glares.
As a bonus, they were having a 15% sale on the pens.

Small store with a nice selection of pens and their accouterments. They also sell some fancy attaché cases, which I wish I could afford. I own a slightly pricey pen, and this is the place I go to buy refill cartridges. The staff will watch you very closely. I’ve never really felt welcome.
