Established in 2011.

Paikea Mediation was formed to serve Portland families in times of transition. Founded by Belinda Zylberman in 2011 (formerly Mediate PDX), Paikea Mediation strives to support individuals, couples and families in conflict by helping you reframe your situations and circumstances as opportunities for growth, learning and healing.

My mission is to empower individuals to live in authentic relationship.

In 2011 I founded Paikea Mediation (formerly Mediate PDX) to create this discourse through mediations, trainings, coaching and workshops. I work with individuals, couples, and families (which includes ALL kinds of families).

My credentials include an Undergraduate Degree in Communication and Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Law Degree from Cardozo Law School, Yeshiva University in New York. In addition, I have logged over 500 hundred hours of experiential education training received across the United States and am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology.

In addition, I have worked, lived, studied and traveled in 45 countries and it is the experience of taking in so many languages («spoken and unspoken»), and cultures, that most informs me in the work that I do with people in relationship.
