Needed a hose clamp so called them to see if they carried what I’m looking for. When he answered he asked what I was looking for and I told him. He then said to come in and look for myself. I told him I was trying to avoid coming in unless they had what I was looking for. He got all upset and blurted out (I’M WITH A CUSTOMER) Then hung up on me. So I then went in to the store. When I walked in there was a guy at the counter and I asked him if he was the one I was talking to on the phone that had hung up on me. With no hesitation he said (YEAH I HUNG UP ON YOU), so I said go get the manager now. He just stayed at the counter and yelled for the Manger to come up. After a few minutes no one came so while standing there with my three year old son I start asking for the manager again. Finally a older guy came out asking what I needed. I told him about what his worker had just done and how he has this attitude like he personally owns the store. Manager just looked at me. Did not say he was sorry or apologize for the way the worker acted towards me. I told the manager that they lost me as a costumer for the way they treated me and he still didn’t say anything. I walked out still needing my part with no help and feeling highly disrespected.
