History

Established in 2013.

Sushila has dedicated over 18 years of her life to the study, cultivation and teaching of the tarot as a tool for empowerment and awakening. Having always been a Light Worker, she committed to the study of Reiki under Sensei Lauralea Adkins, receiving lineage transmission and the title of Sensei (Master Teacher) in 2011. Sushila holds certification in Indra Devi Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Reflexology, and Ayurveda Face Rejuvenation. She is a labor and delivery doula, and Ayurveda Post Partum doula; specializing in nutrition and pancha karma therapies for both mother and infant.

Sushila’s day consists of bona fide miracles. Her perception crafts her reality. She loves animals, babies, and chocolate (though not necessarily in that order), rivaled only by her passion for Women’s Spiritual Studies. Sushila infuses her work with authentic enthusiasm and gentle playfulness.

At this point in time, Sushila is melding and creating her own forms of energy healing work: channeling Source directly, and being guided by her intuition. She makes it possible to live a life of Intention.

Sushila has spiritual trainings in Kashmir Shaivism, Tantrayana (Vajrayana) Buddhism, eclectic Wicca and Dianic Pagan traditions, as well as Christianity and Catholicism. With practical training in breath work (Pranayama), meditation, Pantajali’s Yoga Sutras, dance, reflexology, aromatherapy, holistic skin care, and Ayurveda.
