Our solutions incorporate interventions designed to resolve symptoms as well as fundamentals and principles of healthy lifestyle to promote healing and improved function. We believe and prove daily that the vast majority of physical pain can be significantly reduced or completely resolved using this model. Business Owner

Physical Therapist and CEO Keith has been practicing physical therapy since 1993. Prior to establishing Optimal Results, he worked in private practice in McMinnville, and was an in-​patient and out-​patient therapist at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente and at several skilled nursing facilities in Portland.

Originally from the east coast, Keith earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts. He specializes in treating the spine and earned an advanced degree from the McKenzie Institute Int’l. The McKenzie Method is a philosophy of active patient involvement and education that is trusted and used by practitioners worldwide for back, neck and extremity pain.

I just finished up physical therapy with Keith at Optimal Results. I started treatment a little over a month ago to address some nerve irritation in my leg (have had two prior back surgeries years ago due to sciatica). On my first visit, Keith assessed my movements and knew right away what to get started on. He was patient and careful as I tried new exercises, ensuring none of them made the pain worse. You can immediately tell he is an experienced PT and knows what he is doing! Lots of knowledge and education on the spine and back.
After a few weeks, the pain slowly went away and now I am completely pain free, with a great home program to continue using. If only I had seen him years ago I may not have had to have the surgeries I did — just needed to learn the proper exercises/​movements to strengthen my back.
I highly recommend Optimal Results Physical Therapy, especially for any back-​related issues. The office pup is pretty cute too.

I am so glad that I went to Optimal Results. I was dealing with pain from a knee injury/​surgery I had at least 15 years ago. I truly thought I was going to end up requiring another surgery, but Dr Sanatan Golden was able to reduce my pain and get me on a path to strengthening not only my knee but my entire body. The manual therapy (ASTYM) used to break up scar tissue makes so much sense and really made such a difference in my recovery process. It’s hard to believe that after 15 years of being scared to do certain movements and experiencing pain during the simplest things like going up stairs and squatting, I am feeling so much better and able to do so much more. After completing my program, Sanatan also sent me off armed with an extensive list of goals and suggestions for how to keep the strength training and knee-​care going. I highly recommend Optimal Results and Sanatan!

I had been dealing with long-​term pain in my feet from bunions. My podiatrist suggested surgery, but luckily another PT recommended Sanatan Golden at Optimal Results for his expertise with feet and his alternative, non-​surgical approach to bunion pain. After working with Sanatan for only a few months, the pain was gone and I was able to return to all my favorite sports, including running. I am so glad I went to Sanatan instead of opting for surgery!
Sanatan was wonderful to work with – he listens really well, is a patient and effective teacher, and he really cares about your progress towards better health. He is smart, positive and perceptive and as an athlete himself, he understands the frustrations of being injured or in pain. I highly recommend Sanatan as a truly outstanding physical therapist.

I strained my Achilles badly while cycling and a friend recommended I see Sanatan Golden at Optimal Results. In about 6 weeks I was almost completely recovered; he set out a timeline for recovery, worked with me every week, gave me ASTYM treatments, and provided me with the knowledge and confidence to finish out my rehab on my own and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He pushed me to recover quicker than I thought possible and I already feel stronger than I did pre-​injury. His experience in sport as an athlete and as a therapist means that I will be recommending him to friends and family in the future. Strongly recommend him for all sports injuries.

I came to Optimal Results P/​T after a few months working with a Chiro, x rays, MRI and two meetings with Orthopaedic surgeons… Nothing was changing the pain and suffering with my lower back. Finally, with a referral from the Ortho, I met with Keith Glasser and his team at Optimal… Immediately I felt like I had hope again. He was confident in my ability to get back to good health quickly with simple stretching and light weight training. Fortunately he was correct.
I’ve been almost 100% pain free since and am free to again assume all activities that i enjoyed pre back issues. I feel fortunate to have found Optimal and would recommend them highly.

I can not thank Keith enough for his results driven practice of Physical Therapy. About 6 months ago I received Physical Therapy and Acupuncture treatments from Optimal Results Physical Therapy for a Gastoc/​calf tear. My activity and fun as a B level volleyball player was restored within 3 months post injury.
The G Trainer provided a big jump in my early rehab and I know I could not have gained strength and confidence as quickly without it. Most of all I really appreciated the time Keith spent teaching me and my body how to heal safely and quickly. Keith was able to provide an environment that helped me to regain full confidence and abilities to play competitive volleyball, hike, run and train appropriately. I know I am stronger now, than I was, thanks to both Keith PT, and Kathleen LAc. Their knowledge of injury, recovery, and whole body wellness for sport has provided me with a fantastic recovery. I am a licensed physical therapist, recreational athlete, and satisfied patient, I can’t recommend Optimal Results Physical Therapy enough.

About 15 months ago I was referred to Keith at Optimal Results for persistent hip and lower back pain that had really put a crimp in my usually regular and pretty intense exercise regimen. I was skeptical; i’d seen PTs a number of times over the years and never had much luck. keith had me not only cycling and lifting like I used to, but within 3 months I was RUNNING, for the first time in 20 years (I’m 64). More recently, I had a hamstring problem that wouldn’t go away (since, like, May). I went back to him 2 weeks ago. Now I’m about 90%, should be all the way back in another week or two. The man is a miracle worker, I swear. He listens carefully, we try things, we evaluate everything together, he is clear about how to do my exercises, how often, what it will feel like, when enough is enough. He’s inspiring. And he makes it all fun, even though it’s serious. Honestly, I can’t recommend Keith and Optimal Results highly enough.

Talent meets Intuition …
over the last 15 years I have had many physical therapy and message sessions. they usually leave me feeling better when i leave but few leave me feeling better weeks later.
I have been working with Ken Picard @ Optimal Results Physical Health Center on some imbalance issues i have with my legs … and after the first session the main issue appears to be resolved and whats more i left with knowledge of how to keep the issue at bay.
I am going to continue sessions help me get back into shape for cycling season and keep me healthy.
I highly recommend Ken for his knowledge of physiology, sports related issues, and strength of technique.
