Ines has been helping me since just after she moved to Portland — 8 or 9 years ago, I think. She has helped me probably 15 – 20 times over the years, including every time I’ve moved, and let me tell you, this woman is a LIFE SAVER.
I’m a busy single mom, and keeping my home in order is usually not at the top of my priority list, so there are times when I get myself in a hole that I need help getting out of. Ines seems to be able to see the end result the moment she walks into a room, and after a short time, that result is a reality.
She’s great at what she does — she’s very efficient, and she creates homes for things so it’s easier for me to keep up the organization she has created… but I think that what I appreciate most about Ines is her calming presence. It can be anxiety-​provoking for people who tend to accumulate clutter to sort through things — to change that environment. Ines understands this and she is always there to hold my hand through the turmoil. I’m comfortable letting her sift through any and all of my things — I trust her 100%. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
