Usually deal with those two a-​holes Scott and Jesse, these guys are good at what they do. They have always been informative, up front on what needs to be fixed, what doesn’t, and have also fixed issues by general maintenance without cost to me. I trust these guys, would not take my auto elsewhere.

These guys are amazing. I started going to NW Autoworks about a year ago after a friend recommended them to me. I needed to find a mechanic I could trust would not rip me off and also knew what they were doing and this was exactly that!
They have performed everything from oil changes, new tires, taking care of coolant leaking to fixing other larger issues on my wife and my vehicles. The issue was always discovered right away and repaired at nearly half of what other places charged.
One of my recent issues was coolant leaking from the car which, depending the problem could have been anywhere from a $ 100 to a $ 2,000 fix. After pressure testing they discovered it to be just a faulty clamp and my car was fixed for less than $ 50!
Their team clearly has a very close bond, enjoy what they do, and are great to work with.
I cannot give a better recommendation for a mechanic. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

These guys were great! I had to replace some very expensive parts (magnetically adjustable struts and shocks, $ 500 each retail) for my Volvo and they let me save a $ 1000 by supplying my own parts. They were nice and professional and easy to work with.

Scott, and his crew got me taken care of quickly. I thought i needed more work than what was actually needed. They saved me money, got me on the schedule quickly, and they are willing to answer my questions without an attitude.
Service these days is hard to find and trust, i will continue taking my vehicles here to Scott in the future when there is something i can’t do myself.
Better yet, they also found and diagnosed something i was unaware of but capable of doing. Scott offered his expertise in answering my questions via phone if and when i had any when doing the work myself. That in my book is priceless. He understands that some people like to do their own and does not begrudge them for doing in order to save some money.

Finally an honest shop that does good work! I have had pretty bad luck with cars the past few years and being a young female I have always hated going to auto repair shops, these guys were so great! Very informative and have always been so good to me. Prices are great, they are very accommodating, and all the guys here are hilarious! I highly would recommend this place to anyone in need of some work on their vehicle.
