Very nice food and very nice atmosphere, and it’s so close to my apartment! I did not care for the previous Thai place in this location, but NOON will now be one of my regulars for a great Pad Thai lunch — I’m somewhat of a noodle nut! I think my friend liked the art work just as much as the food here. Did I say the waitress was especially friendly, and took the time to explain the menu in some detail. So nice not to be rushed.

Really delicious Thai, food. A cut above in terms of flavor. I love that they offer better quality ingredients(free range chicken etc…) I think it make a difference. Talented chef and very sweet staff. We had a great experience!

Very tasty! Great Thai food. Flavorful, spice level was right on to what we requested. Meal size was bigger than expected. Will be back.

Great thing is they will deliver your Thai right to the comfort of your home. Not so great thing is the 3 different lunch combos we had weren’t worth much more than a spiced up bowl of Ramen.

Stopped by while exploring downtown Portland on a trip from Dallas. While there was nothing wrong with the food, it wasn’t Thai food that I would consider outstanding. The flavors weren’t rich and had multiple levels, as I’ve come to expect and appreciate of Thai food, but it just didn’t wow me enough for 4 or 5 stars. The green curry didn’t have the thickness I have come to like, but perhaps that’s a preference from my part of the country versus Portland. HOWEVER, the egg rolls were fantastic! I had read some reviews on here about how good they were so I figured I would give them a go. I was not disappointed!

We ordered from this restaurant today for the office. The food was fine, but nothing really spectacular. The Pineapple Fried Rice was great. Everything else was so-so.

Fresh, delicious Thai food. Not oily like some I have had. I hope they will be successful since it was relatively empty both times we went. However, the food is GREAT! We went twice this week and ordered different dishes each time. I loved the green papaya salad which was crunchy and well spiced. The pad kee Mao was enjoyed by my husband. It too was well seasoned. Portions are good sized. They even deliver. Highly recommend!!!

My office mates and I order form here often as they are right next store. The woman who normally works the front is so sweet and good to us that she will on occasion walk the order to us. Great customer service here, and food of course :)

What a find. I can’t believe this place was as empty as it was on a Saturday evening. Portlanders, you need to get out and try this place and support them so they are still open when we get back to visit again! The green curry was as good as any I have ever had. Lots of layers of flavors, substantial portions. Our service was good,(of course having the restaurant to yourself can do that)… Pineapple rice, once mixed with the hot sauce they serve, was spot on. Our bill was $ 35 for 4 dishes. Pretty reasonable. Can’t wait to go back. Give them a try !

I LOVE this place! I am a picky eater and they always get my order perfect and it tastes amazing. I have been looking for a Thai place in Portland that I like a lot for years — this is it!

Great option for Thai food in the Pearl. It was exactly what I expected to get ordering pineapple fried rice. Plenty of flavor and a wide mix of ingredients. The only thing I found lacking in flavor was the chicken which seemed a bit dry to me. Service was solid as well, although I can’t imagine it’s too hard to manage two customers in your restaurant. Very kind and made sure I had everything I needed(although I’m fairly easy to please). Décor was certainly interesting, with some very rustic/modern touches and some very old looking table cloths, certainly not horrid though. Pricing was around what I’d expect for lunch, 8.95 before tip. To be honest, I’m not sure why the place was so empty. I will certainly be back. TL;DR great food, great service. Definitely give it a shot if you’re looking for Thai or just a solid lunch in the pearl.

Walked by this place several times and didn’t ever see anyone in there. One night we decided to take a chance. Well worth it! The food was incredible. The waitress was quiet but efficient. Can’t wait to go back.

I have lived in the pearl for 2.5 years and have watched this location switch over several times from one half-assed Thai restaurant to another. Then noon Thai came in and stole my heart. I throw money at them on the regular because the food is SOGOOD and they use free range chicken from draper valley and Carlton farms pork(I don’t eat meat, but I respect not going the Costco route) and their vegetables and brown rice are organic. I’m eating my way through the menu and nothing has disappointed. Highly recommend. Love it for takeout.

This place has gone by a few different names over the years. I feel like this one is going to stay. We happened to show up on the day they too over and we’re having it blessed. I ordered the Pad Me Kow aka drunken noodles … I was a tad hung chow so this assisted in getting me over the noon hurdle to be able finish my day. My co worker ordered a rice chicken and basil dish that I was quickly jealous of and will order next time I go. Great service Great food Great price The flavor is great but it hasn’t met my 5 star food experience where my eyes roll back into my head

Great new Thai in the Pearl! Very fresh, generous servings and good value! Green Curry is amazing and Pad Kee Mao is a delicious noodle dish. Lunch specials and great staff!
