This is not really a retail store. They seem to do most of their business shipping/​wholesaling. For locals it’s easier to order online and pick up at will call.
Unfortunately, the website is unwieldy and does not indicate what is in stock. The folks in the office are helpful but it’d be easier to shop online and then stop in.

Contrary to a now dated review, they do not have the ability to allow customers to browse their inventory. They did not have what I needed, but the guy at the front desk spent a lot of time with me looking through catalogs and pointing me to potential solutions.

Nurnberg is a small local company that covers the same ground. Best of all, individuals like you and I can visit in person and buy things like surgical tubing for all your mad scientist projects! They have microscopes to lab glassware, chemicals to a small selection of microbiology supplies. Local specialized business, perfect for setting up a lab to make the next breakthrough in science!
