Natalie has a clear and calm presence and a skilled therapeutic touch. She creates a medically effective treatment with ease– I went to see her for the ‘office worker hunch’ and when I left her clinic I could stand more elegantly, walk with a bounce in my step, and even smile more easily since my jaw wasn’t scrunched towards my shoulders as it usually is. I dozed off during her massage even though she did very deep work. Thanks Natalie! I recommend her especially for office workers — she will add energy and productivity to your day!

I followed Natalie over from her practice at Grain Integrative Health to some sweet new digs over in downtown Portland (right next to the 3rd street food carts). Considering that I work 9 – 5 downtown, this move works WAY better for me – I can get a massage on my lunch hour instead of taking up my entire early evening schleppin’ on over to Belmont.
She’s empathetic, intuitive, more than happy to teach you exercises and stretches for your home life, and perhaps best of all takes a wide variety of insurance plans, which is perfect for us working stiffs (get it? ba-​du-​bump!)
