Dr. Darryk Barlow and Dr. John Topping are board certified Otolaryngologists. We specialize in the medical and surgical management of:
Ear disease (infection, hearing loss, hearing aids, vertigo, balance disorders)
Nasal problems (chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal obstruction, deviated septum, loss of sense of smell)
Mouth, throat, tonsils/adenoids, voice problems, and swallowing disorders
Head and neck masses (benign and malignant tumors, congenital masses, thyroid nodules)
Sleep apnea, snoring, sleep disorders (pediatric and adult)
Facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, excision of skin lesions
ENT related allergy (in office allergy skin testing, immunotherapy — allergy shots)
Pediatric ENT diseases (ear infections, hearing loss, tonsillitis, enlarged tonsils and adenoids, snoring/sleep apnea, ENT related allergy, neck masses)
Mt. Hood ENT & Allergy services also include hearing testing and hearing aids. Rikki Green, AuD is our Doctor of Audiology trained audiologist.

Lobby street entrance at corner of SE 102nd Avenue and E. Burnside St. by the MAX stop.
Underground parking entrance on SE Ankeny St, off of 102nd. Look for the round blue P sign and go down the ramp. Go to back left area of garage and use the Salon/Clinic Parking spaces. Take elevator up to 1st floor.

Darryk W. Barlow, MD, FACS
Dr. Barlow received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1985 from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1990. He completed his residency in 1996 in General Surgery (2 years) and Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery (4 years), also at the University of Washington.
His basic premise in practicing medicine is listening to the patient. «I really enjoy the wide variety of my practice and the ability to provide continuity of care. It is very rewarding to treat all ages, and multiple members of the same family.»
Dr. Barlow is a Diplomat of the American Board of Otolaryngology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Dept. of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
