Natalie W.

Business Owner

Transplanted in Portland five years ago, Natalie hails from New York City where she was one of the most coveted trainers and running coaches. Her enthusiasm is fueled by her desire to make fitness an enjoyable part of her clients’ daily routines. A marathoner and cyclist, her best running efforts are in shorter distances where she has placed in her age group in races. Over the last several years she has switched gears to rock climbing and mountaineering, and is devouring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

She apprenticed as Head Assistant Coach for The Running Center, NYC’s only facility for runners, and previously worked as Personal Trainer for Focus Integrated Fitness. On the weekends she guided for Outdoor Bound’s many adventure trips out of New York City, and worked as Associate Trainer for the American Museum of Natural History’s winter fitness walking program.
