History
Established in 2013.
Mod Physique opened it’s doors September of 2013 here in Portland, Oregon. Prior to that, the classes were offered in San Francisco in 2012 due to an increase in demand for a complete overall fitness class requested by Jessa Freeman’s students. After seeing the benefits from the combination of this unique fusion class she decided to open a studio. Pulling from Jessa’s person history as a ballet dancer and fitness instructor she offers a unique look into how you can control and push your own personal workout.
