I have no idea if they are good cleaners, but their skills at running a business are very poor. We tried to contact them for days before finally getting through. They had no idea their voice mail box was full. That should have been our first clue. Then, they set up an appointment for a specific time, with the understanding that I would be leaving work briefly to let them in and go over what needed to be done. The morning of the appointment, they called to see if we could move the appointment earlier. They were not pleased but said they understood when we said no, I had already arranged my work schedule for the other time. Then they somehow got our address wrong even though we had confirmed it by phone and email. So they called when they were ten minutes late to apologize for the mix-​up and say they were on the way. Then… nothing. They never showed up, they never
called, never responded to emails. Apparently they finally showed up an hour and a half late with no excuse.

We have had the same issue as others. Bought a deal through living social and they never showed up for the appointment. We have not been able to get a hold of them since. We have contacted living social and were told we could not get a refund or a credit. We have filed a complaint with the BBB. They have tried to contact Miss Americas Cleaning by phone and mail and have not been able to get in touch with anyone.

I bought a Living Social for 90 min. of cleaning. I called many times over the course of two weeks, and always got «The voicemail box is full». Now the number is disconnected.
Thank goodness Living Social is crediting my purchase back to my account. Next time I will do more research on the business.

Just like most other one stars on here, they didn’t bother to show up. I bought a living social, called immediately and scheduled it, that all went well. I ended up having to take the day off work because the times they had open were all during my business hours. I am self employed so when I take a day off I really lose a lot of money. I started to get suspicious when I called the day before to confirm (I assumed I would get one from them, but I know not all businesses do that) and instead on an answer I got, «the number or code you have dialed is incorrect». It was the phone number listed on my voucher. I still held out hope they would show and they didn’t. I got a refund from living social with no problem. I just can’t believe a business would reach out to a company like living social for business advertising and mess up so royally!

I wish they’d call me back so i could review them completely. 4 messages and an email and still no call back. And I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for 2 months… Too bad i bought a groupon for them… think ill just try to get a refund. I’d probably pass on this one…

I bought a voucher for two cleaning ladies for 3 hours. The first 45 minutes, they closed themselves up in one of the bathroom… it too 45 minutes for 2 people to clean a small bathroom? The jobs I gave them was to work on the bathrooms and kitchen to start off with. They were done with everything in 1 hour, 35 minutes and tried to leave. I said, «it hasn’t been 2 hours…» «Oh, well, there is 25 minutes left.» I asked them to clean a few windows before they left. One of them left a bottle of cleaner on the floor of my toddler’s play area… the place that is gated up with the toys around and all outlets covered — you know BABY PROOFED! I thought he was safe and put him in there to play. He found the bottle and was spraying himself with said cleaner. I am FURIOUS!

My place looks fantastic! I didn’t experience any of the problems that the other reviewers experienced. Two people finished my place in an hour and 20 minutes… they did a very thorough job, moved furniture to vacuum, did the top of the fridge and the medicine cabinet in the bathroom… they dusted absolutely everything including the wall pictures and laptop speakers and chairs (things I wouldn’t even have thought of), they were organized, brought all their own tools and supplies,.and most of all, the bathroom and kitchen are absolutely spotless. When they were finished, they asked me to review their work to see if there was anything else I needed. I will use Miss Americas Cleaning again.
