History

Established in 2013.

Miriam began doing bookkeeping in 1994 for law offices, bars and package stores. Since then she has set up and kept the books for a wide range of businesses from plumbers to multimillion-​dollar non-​profits to small crafts stores. For a number of years she worked in corporate law setting up businesses, preparing quarterly and annual financial reports, and helping businesses with IPOs. Somewhere in there she trained in the preparation of individual and corporate taxes as well. Finally, after twenty years of working for others, she decided to set up shop for herself and do full-​charge bookkeeping for small businesses and non-​profits.
