Great selection of products but the staff isn’t the most available to help or answer questions. But, I keep going back because they have what I need when I need it.

Never had an even modestly good customer service experience here. They are the only urban/​culturally diverse hair store (with a few locations) in this homogeneous city; which is how they get away with it. Coming from the east coast this is a good depiction of the ugly history of Oregon. I have literally drove an hour (½ there, ½ back) on more than one occasion but never again. After seeing multiple, not just my own, experiences being as horrible; it has come to my attention that I shall take my buying power elsewhere. Online or Washington (or even when i visit Seattle) will be able to provide me much more than this store can. If there is going to be a communication barrier it will be because of turn around not disrespect. Maybe I should help others too because their prices are honestly exorbitant as well, simingly close to a 300% mark-​up on some products. Location, convenience and ultimately demand are what creates this beast. Ill just have to forward plan my hair styles and my clients.

I go here only because of convenience.
No eye contact what so ever. It was a little before 6pm when I went in today and there were probably four customers in the whole store including myself so no excuse there. I walked in, neither was I
greeted nor was I asked if I needed help. Very disappointing. I was hoping to get more stuff but I couldn’t wait to get out of there. The cashier guy at least smiled back when I said hello.
Please work on that Mid K staff.

This place has incredible selection and exceptional service. The attendant helped me with everything I needed and took time to walk me through the store and assist me in making my selections. The prices are unbelievable, so reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be back soon. The entire staff was friendly and attentive.

First impression is a sad one. It is a little better here than Living Color but still not the best hair salon. The place is very open and spacious. They have wig deals like buy one get one half. Some of the employees here are awesome and amazing while others just don’t give any care in a funny way. This place has a lot of stuff for the area but it has got definate limits.

I needed to thicken my hair so I got a pack of Bobbi boss ocean wave (which I’ve bought Bobbi boss brand online and never had problem with before) and it was 119 dollars. I ended up just getting my hair redone and decided to get another pack the next week the price was 139 dollars. I showed the girl my receipt from the previous week and she said sorry prices were raised yesterday. That irritated me to begin with. Now onto the hair. It’s terrible. It hasn’t been installed for a month and it’s so thin because it’s shed so much. When I’ve previously purchased Bobbi boss I’ve never had hair shed this much. I’m not sure if it’s the product. Or because i bought it from this store. Overall the quality of the hair for the price is absolutely terrible and the customer service is AWFUL. I would never recommend this store or their second store to anyone.
