I help my clients to explore their personal belief system. Seems simple enough hun? Truth is, often these beliefs, especially the ones which hold us back, are just out of view. Coaching uncovers these limiting beliefs and shines a light on how these beliefs have been impacting our choices & our lives. Coaching creates the opportunity to intentionally & thoughtfully reflect on these choices in order to create desired sustainable change, personally and professionally.

Hi there,
I have been a self employed small business owner for over 24 years. Prior to coaching I produced ads for corporate clients, creating and managing high performing crews and projects in high stress situations. My work as a producer challenged me to always be open and learning. These experiences created a wonderful foundation for my work as a coach. I use mindfulness as a fundamental component in my coaching practice combined with traditional coaching tools and also experiential based therapy techniques. These techniques, when combined with recent learnings from neuroscience and how the human brain stores information is very effective in creating sustainable change.
