History

Established in 2013.

Mercedes has competed in the sport of dressage for a total of 11 years with multiple high point awards from training through fourth level, has also earned both her bronze and silver USDF medals. She has also brought her current mount (H. Prince William whom she obtained as a 3 year-​old) up through the highest levels in Dressage at an astonishing pace, showing him at Intermediate One in the 2014 Oregon State Championships with a median 2014 score of 65%. Mercedes also has studied the German language for seven years with a minor in German Language studies from the University of Portland where she also studied marketing for three years.

Extensive proficiency in dressage, Mercedes has a solid working knowledge of a diverse spectrum of horse types, including working with green horses, ex-​race horses, and horses in rehabilitation from injury, and horse and riders of any discipline and skill level. Be it western, english, or simply pleasure and trail she enjoys passing tools along to those looking to improve and/​or problem solve. She has worked with horses of a wide variety of disciplines and skill levels as well as horses trained to Grand Prix level dressage. She also spends her time attending clinics and has worked with trainers Kathy and Sara Everman, Jeremy Steinberg, Jeff A. Moore., Jessica Wisdom, Conrad Schumacher, and Kathy Casey.
