I don’t have high(or for that matter-hardly any!) expectations of McDonald’s, nor do I eat here very often, but when tummies are growling AND nowhere else is open(I drove by 3 other places that were closed before I resorted to McDs) I pulled in to the drive through. I should also add that it was 4:37am(my neighbors had a LOUD party that involved 3 police cars thus waking me from a deep sleep) and I tried to order a burger. Apparently, they switch to breakfast menu at 4am(surprise to me) so I ordered an Egg McMuffin. It had only been 37 minutes since they switched to breakfast, so I was expecting a freshly made ‘muffin. I grabbed my little sack of food and pulled over to eat a bite. It was obviously not made today — the english muffin was so dry, hard and stale that I couldn’t even tear off a bite! What? This is but one of a series of bad things that have happened to me in the 7 years I’ve lived near this location. The others involved them messing up 3 of 4 food orders, another time it was literally cold hard french fries(the only thing I ordered) and other various mishaps. I don’t know why corporate McDonald’s doesn’t attend to this location or franchise, but they ought to. Sad me at 4:37am, sad them for doing such a piss poor job… again and again. That’s how you get 1 star. Tired though I was, I promptly got online and gave corporate McDonald’s an honest assessment. Their online form asked if I wanted a return call and I said yes, it’s now been days and still no word. Sad again.

Usually the service here is friendly and swift, but lately it has been lagging behind drastically. Orders are getting messed up, food takes forever and don’t quote me on this, but I suspect the men’s bathroom may be haunted. I was about to change my depends when I heard what sounded like two ghostly beings grunting and moaning. I hope this improves soon as there are cheaper, better places to eat near by without any transdimensional beings harassing customers at 3:25 on a Wednesday afternoon.

PORTLAND, OR: This McDonalds, like so many others, is an expertly crafted, consistently tasting two-star meal. With a delightful play place to ensure my children demand a visit against my better parental judgment.

My expectations of Mcdonalds service is pretty low … This has to be the worst one ever. Slow drive thru, wrong orders, missing food … All at a high frequency. Didn’t know you could screw up that bad

It’s probably one of the better designed McDonald’s out here in Tigard, but that’s really it. I can’t say it’s anything special. Head to grab something quick and cheap before heading out and having some fun.

Food and service as expected, although this is the second time in a row I’ve ordered a chocolate shake that tastes faintly of mint. The play structure is a large one, good for school-aged kids, but nothing for the younger set. I didn’t see anyone come and tidy or clean during our stay, which is not the same as other area Mcdonalds that we’ve tried.

I live nearby and have gone 3 or 4 times. Each time I’ve been happy with the food and the staff. Sometimes I think people are so jealous of individuals who feel no regret or remorse poisoning themselves with junk food that they need to rate these stores badly. Seriously people? Its a McDonald’s. People smoke and take drugs and shoot guns, I love when others are so self absorbed, high-and-mighty idiots that they deem themselves worthy to impose their will on other people since«they know better.» I have yet to see one of these people on TV showing how they are capable of living forever or avoiding cancer or aids or whatever ends up killing them. Go to this McDonald’s once in a while and get nice semi-plastic Big Mac and Fries with a Coke and enjoy the fact that we are all creatures of pure will and pleasure. We live what will likely be looked back on as the pinnacle of man’s history. Enjoy it for goodness sake.

I work within a 1 block radius of this Mcdonalds so I have visited these guys on a regular basis for several years. I especially go for my Diet Coke fix of the day which by the way, only costs $ 1.00. They know me so well they usually have my cup on the counter before I say a word. I like that some of the employees have been there for over 10 years and they seem to keep staff for quite awhile in general. I’ve never once been treated rudely by any of them. Of course they occasionally get my order wrong(when I order food in addition to the diet coke) as any fast food place does. They are always busy it seems but there’s a good reason for that: I was told by the manager of the store that this Scholls Ferry location is the busiest in the whole state! Considering this, I think they do a great job in general and they have my continued business.

It’s McDonald’s. I come here for drive-thru on days I am particularly lazy and don’t care what I ingest. There’s a double drive-thru, to make it more efficient, but sometimes the lane next to you, the driver’s are aggressive to be next, surprised there’s not more minor accidents there.

Closest to my house which is nice for when I get the occasional craving for a frozen strawberry lemonade or large fry. However this place fills the fry container halfway full – last night when I ordered one – which sucks if you’re sharing. They’re often cold too unless you’re there late night when they cook to order.

Not a great location. The staff is occasionally rude, and they often don’t honor national or regional/local area specials the company is offering. The food is generally good for a McDonalds, and they keep getting my business because they are close, but if there was another one nearby, even if it was a bit more of a drive, I’d go there.

Mcdonalds is mcdonlads. No question about it. I personally know the owner(he owns 14 mcdonalds in this metro area) and he does a fair job at taking care of them all. Few need work but that’s a story for another day. Reason why I rated this 4 stars was simply based on the look and fell and the service. As others say this is a huge and fancy mcdonlads. No plastic looking décor here. Stone flooring, a couch with nice red carpet underneath it. There might have been a gas fireplace somewhere in there too. Anyway the family and I were heading to cottage grove and stopped at this mcdonalds that morning to grab something to eat on the way. I was talking to my grandfather when a manager called out our order. As I turned a second manager told us our order. I heard them the first time but I thought it was nice that a second manager gave us a friendly reminder. One thing I noticed is the sausage patty looked to be more tender and not over cooked like the Hillsboro location.

Once in a while, you honestly don’t have the time to stop for a real meal, or hey sometimes a MickyD’s burger and a Coke sounds just about perfect. Last night my hubby and I were in a race against the sunset and needed to grab some food. We swung in to this McDonalds and ordered the following: #11 Value Meal(Fish Fillet) — with a Sprite Grilled Chicken Sandwich, no Mayo, Large Diet Coke They confirm the order, we pay and pull forward…“Just Jack” wannabe hands us the gigantic Diet Coke, and a bag of food. We patiently wait for the Sprite and he tells us NO, it isn’t on the order. We say yes, it is, he then argues with us for 3 solid mins, even going so far as to try to spin the order monitor towards us so we can see for ourselves. He keeps harping that they didn’t charge us for it. I’m not sure how many times we had to tell him that we were still missing a beverage, but finally, he huffed, and said that’s $ 1. I’m pretty certain he pocketed the money. Worse part it yet to come: Sodas are flat Fries are old, cold and mostly soggy Fish fillet is luke warm, with no tartar sauce Chicken sandwich smells like an ash tray Was so gross, we couldn’t eat anything. Barely got a few sips of the soda down.

Why is this corporate mega-chain even rated. Don’t support this awful company by ruining your body and mind with their food.
