Hi, I’m Max McGuire, owner of MaxCPA, a sole practitioner public accounting firm in Portland, Oregon.

I have extensive experience performing audit and attest services for privately held companies of various sizes and in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to:

I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of CPAs. MaxCPA is a licensed firm in Oregon and Washington.

Before starting my own practice, I worked for a large international accounting firm and a top regional accounting firm.
