Prior to opening his practice, Matt worked for nearly 5 years as a Career Counselor and Client Services Director for a local outplacement firm where he helped hundreds of professionals successfully navigate career and life transitions.

Matt M.
Business Owner
Matt is a master’s level counselor with professional interests in the areas of career counseling, coaching, and personal development. Matt is internationally certified as a Career Management Practitioner (CMP) by the Institute for Career Certification International and has been recognized as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Matt holds an MS in Counseling from Portland State University, a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University, and has completed a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management.
