«Our mission is to change the way businesses manage their office and administrative needs by offering cost-​effective, customer-​focused office solutions in a class „A“ environment.» Macadam Office Suites was founded by Kevin Ball as a means to accommodate his own small business needs. The company has grown to serve the small business needs of the entire Portland/​Vancouver Metropolitan area. (MOS) Macadam Office Suites offers virtual offices, conference rooms, furnished and unfurnished one room executive suites, and two room multi-​suites. MOS has the capability to make tenant improvements to accommodate larger tenants as well. Macadam Office Suites provides a variety of turnkey office solutions to accommodate most small business users from the most discriminating to the most cost conscious.

Business Owner

Kevin Ball has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 11 years. His experience ranges from commercial brokerage to residential and commercial development. His vast exposure to all facets of the real estate investment, development, management, and finance process, provided the foundation for him to establish Ballcor Property Trust (BPT). Ball currently directs all phases of the company’s projects. His responsibilities include but are not limited to, project negotiations, due diligence, feasibility analysis, development team assembly, and overall development and asset management. Ball is also responsible for raising both equity and debt to sustain the future growth of BPT. Ball is an alumnus of the University of Oregon, and holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of San Diego.
