We are a traditional Barber Shop that specialize in clipper cutting for men, women and children. Our Barbers are beauty school trained with many years of experience in the Barber Shop. Our cutting technique is a hybrid of the best of both professions.

History

Established in 2006.

This Barber shop is the last existing original Barber Shops of the Westmoreland neighborhood. I don’t know exactly how old it is, but I have customers that have been coming in since their first haircut. These gentlemen are between the ages of 70 and 80 years young. I’ve tried to keep it traditional with its deco and simple like the way it always was.

Hi my name is Laura Mesplay and I am the owner of Lo-Lo’s Barber Shop. I started beauty school the summer of my senior year of high school and finished up months after graduation. My training was in California where I grew up. After graduation I worked at a couple of cutting chains for I never liked full service. When I moved to Oregon 25 years ago, I was offered a job at a Barber Shop. It was a perfect fit for me, hair cutting only without the corporate doom hanging over my head. In 2006 I was offered this opportunity to buy Sandy’s Westmoreland Barber Shop. I did, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The people of Westmoreland welcomed me with open arms. This is a great neighborhood.
