Knez Building Materials Company & Insulation

I have worked with many contractors and sub-​contractors. I find that many duck out and are no where to be found when something goes wrong after they have finished the job. Knez stands out as a company with high standards and takes care of the customer, even after they have been paid and the job is «done».
They insulated my attic. I tried to convince my hubby to do it. He pointed out that their bid was about the same price as just the material cost at Home Depot. Duh… Don’t insulate yourself, save time and money and hire Knez!

This company consistently exceeds my expectations. The are a 3 generation family owned and locally operated building supply store that I have ordered from repeatedly. When I bought insulation from them (ECObatt– LEED certified prod.), it cost less than Home Depot fiberglass. Better product for the same price? Yes please.
I’m not a contractor but a homeowner trying to live out the american dream of remodeling my home myself. The guys at Knez were prompt, helpful and even cut me a deal on delivery since they had a drop off in the neighborhood.
Today, they expertly and efficiently delivered loads of drywall with the boom truck through my second story window. The operator had such skill to manuever under telephone lines and over my tree! There service saved me several trips and the back-​breaking task of carrying 75 sheets up 2 flights of stairs.

Great service. I priced out doing the insulating myself and since they get a discount on materials, it came out to be the same cost for their labor and materials and they got it done in half a day. Nice guys too.
