I have a complex case, and Dr. Radakovich has been more than generous with his time and resources in treating me. Not only is he a skilled surgeon, but a caring human being, which is not always the case in the general dental field. What’s more, his staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Such a refreshing experience after my awful appointment at my OHP dentist last week.

I was so impressed with the care and experience at this office! Dr Radakovich and his staff were informative, gentle and made the experience not stressful! He and his staff called to check on me several times after my procedure! I felt very cared for and would recommend him to anyone!

I had never had a tooth removed so I was somewhat apprehensive. From my initial evaluation to the actual extraction, the entire experience was pleasant, professional and painless! Dr. Radakovich and his staff were very friendly and reassuring. The sedation itself was done skillfully and very safely. The follow-​up care was excellent and they responded to any questions or concerns immediately. I highly recommend this oral surgeon and his staff.

About 1 year ago, I went to see this man about having an implant. I had had an infection smoldering for at least 3 months prior to being seen, and told him my concern. I have 2 knee replacements, so it was dangerous for me to have had an infection for any length of time. (This much was my own fault, as I didn’t want to pay anymore dental bills — stupid, stupid, stupid! Luckily, I didn’t pay for that dearly!)
So, with that background:
Dr. Radakovich, to my distress, charged $ 205 simply to evaluate me for an implant. I had been informed of this when I made my appt., but I thought every dentist must be doing that. (Not so!) He would apply the money to the cost of an implant IF I had him do it. If not, I would lose my $ 205, spent for nothing at all.
When I saw him, I didn’t care for his casual attitude and «rah rah» manner. Nothing bad, just not my taste in personality for my dentist. I told him about the infection and he didn’t ask me any questions at all, such as «Are you having any pain there?» or «Do you have any artificial joints?» He simply blew it off with something like «I wouldn’t worry about it.» I realized I was about to be late for another appt. and had to leave in a hurry without hearing what he would charge to do the implant. They were going to email me the figures but I had to call them and remind them I had no estimate yet. They were cool toward my request. Maybe they thought I didn’t care how many thousands of dollars it cost. HA!
So I didn’t like being dropped from their minds the instant I was out of sight, but most of all, I want anyone digging, drilling, or doing any other kind of procedure in my mouth to care enough about my health to want to know about anything about me which might impact the full outcome of the implant procedure. I want the dentist to listen to me and pay attention if I express a concern, to ask questions, and to look carefully in my mouth to examine it if I have given any reason for concern and not blow off my worries until they have LOOKED themselves carefully.
This man took my money and blew off my worries about an infection without more than a cursory glance in my mouth without any magnification or even putting a hand in my mouth to best see the area of my gum I was indicating! The dentist who I did choose to put in my implant, Dr. Libleick with Beacons Oral Surgery, charged me not one red cent. Yet, he evaluated me, and took a close look at the infection and he rx’d antibiotics to be sure it was gone before he did any work on my mouth. THAT is my idea of someone to hire!

I have been a patient of Dr. Radakovich and his marvelous staff for quite a few years now, dealing with implants, and the many steps involved. I have had nothing but the best experience in every way. I cannot speak more highly of any doctor, dentist, or surgeon than this particular man. He is honest in his assessments of what is needed, stands by his work, and is the best at administering IVs. I mentioned the other day to one of his staff members that I think a good way to determine how someone is as a boss is to see a constant in the workforce. The same great people have been with Dr. Radakovich for at least 4 years now, which says more than I ever could.
This is the place to go for your oral surgery needs.

So, I’ve been seeing the team at Radakovich Oral Surgery for over a year. Let me tell you that they are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The ladies at the front desk are awesome, friendly, and funny! I love talking with all the medical assistants, they are awesome and nurturing and funny! And Dr. Radakovich… THE COOLEST guy ever! He makes you feel comfortable, and loves getting to know his patients. Everyone is extremely competent at what they do, and create an amazing and welcoming atmosphere. It’s almost like coming to visit your friends when going to the office! HIGHLY recommend for all your oral surgery needs. This place is top notch! Thank you to everyone on the team at Radakovich Oral Surgery… you guys rock!

As pleasant experience as is possible when it comes to having teeth pulled — The whole staff from Dr Radakovich himself to the hygienist and front desk were very friendly and helpful. The appointment was made quickly after an initial evaluation –and very nicely rescheduled when I realized that I had scheduled the extraction only a week before my wedding, and I was getting a little stressed about looking like a chipmonk.– The procedure went well (no chipmonk-​cheeks) and a few weeks later my insurance reimbursement came in the form of a check. They were so helpful with filing the insurance for me too.
Then just today I called to get some records sent over to my new dentist-​to-​be Dr. Wagner. The woman who answered the phone said she would e-​mail them today! How nice!

I’ve had two wisdom teeth out, a year apart, and have nothing but great things to say about Dr. «Rad» and his team. The second time was even easier than the first. I think I was there for 25 minutes total. It’s been two days with no discomfort and I have hardly needed to take any pain meds. Couldn’t have asked for a better result!

Dr. Radakovich and his staff are the best there is! I was incredibly nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed (at 29!). Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable taking extra time to explain how the extraction (s) would work and what my options were. I was in and out of the office in about an hour and left with kit that had everything I could have possibly needed for the most comfortable recovery possible (including my pain pills and a flower!). My recovery was quick and much better than I could have ever imagined. I got a phone call the day after surgery just to check in and see how I was doing and a thank you note a few days later thanking me for choosing them for my surgery. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Radakovich and his staff. They are the only choice in town!

Before I begin my assessment, let me just say that everything Amado wrote is right– on accurate! I, too, have a fear of dentists & am not terribly comfortable with procedures involving words like «extractions». My son was deemed a candidate for some oral surgery before we begin the process of orthodontia. I cannot begin to tell you how easy the entire office of Dr. Radakovich made things go! If you ever need this sort of service, look no further!
I had many misgivings, and Owen’s father was equally uncomfortable about having 5 (count ‘em! 5!!) teeth removed. Upon my first visit for an initial consultation, I was at ease. The front desk, the assistants, the office itself… all very comforting. We all felt as tho’ we would be in capable, trustworthy hands.
The procedure went exactly according to plan. There were no delays or last-​minute changes. Dr. Radavovich even took extra time to have a conference call with The Big Man who had some important last minute questions. Owen underwent the procedure under a general anesthetic & had no problem. He was given very clear instructions (as was I) for all the care afterward. Nothing was left to second-​guessing. We even got a trophy… you guessed it: all 5 teeth, bleached & hermetically sealed (!!) in a very official looking pouch to proudly display when back-​to-​school time comes around!
No one actually seeks this out. We’re all familiar with Steve Martin’s role in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ yet this office could not be further from that! If ever you are referred to an oral surgeon, do yourself a favor & come into this office. Efficient, kind, thorough, and reassuring. Dr. Radakovich even called us at home tonight to check up on Owen. Now that is true service! I strongly recommend this doctor!

I’ve had a fear of dentists since I can remember. Perhaps it has something to do with their disarmingly friendly demeanor that you know is masking their inner sadists. Who else can calmly hold a conversation with a dental hygienist while yanking a molar out of a helpless patient’s orifice? This fear has resulted in my neglect of much-​needed dental work that should have been addressed ages ago.
Well, I finally had to pay the piper recently and had to have my wisdom teeth extracted. This is where Dr. Radakovich came into the picture.
I can’t think of enough positive things to say about him and his team. From the initial consultation back in August to the actual surgery yesterday to the follow-​up calls, Dr. Radakovich and his team have been nothing but top notch in terms of their service and follow-​through.
To top it off, I received a nice ‘thank you’ note today from the dental assistant who helped Dr. Radakovich with the surgery, stating that I can call her with any questions or concerns that I may have regarding post-​procedure care. Now, that’s service!
I have to place an enormous amount of trust on dentists– or, in Dr. Radakovich’s case, oral & maxillofacial surgeons– especially with work for which sedation is highly preferred. Based on my experience, Dr. Radakovich and his team deserve such trust, and I would highly recommend his services.
