Business Owner

Dr. Jennifer has been a resident of Portland her whole life. Dr. Jennifer came into practice with her Father, Dr. R.E. Sterns III in 1990. Dr. Duncan completed her undergrad at Sam Houston State University and Del Mar College. She went onto complete Dental School at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. She is a member of the American Dental Society, American Orthodontic Society, Texas Dental Association, Nueces Valley Dental District Society, United States Dental Institute, and the Texas Academy of General Dentistry.
