Jason Zwick – State Farm Insurance Agent

The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Mr. Zwick always gives an upfront pricing and explains exactly what the policy covers. It is easy to see that he understands the policies. He is one of the few agents I know who has actually gone out to help clients clean up during house floods and other catastrophes.
I highly recommend Jason Zwick.

I tried this agent from April through November and was not impressed. Getting them to bill in accordance with the way I was paid was a nightmere and they seem to have little to no interest in being flexible because of how their system worked. it required me to make multiple payments in one month as if everyone has a disposable income to do so. After being fed misinformation, Jason spent some time with me explaining what I was trying to achieve was possible. I had to sent countless emails to get this resolved. I found his staff to be initially friendly until they get your policy. Jason could not accommodate my insurance needs once they changed and I thought it was in poor taste he tried to discredit an insurer that could. I just feel there is so much competition in the insurance industry you should (a) have flexible billing as insured are paid at various times of the month or monthly, (b) simulate to care even if you don’t; and © don’t bad mouth your competitor it is unprofessional and petty. NEXT!!!

Jason’s staff are super nice and friendly. I went through State Farm for my renter’s insurance largely in part due to their rates. As part of their working relationships, they want to meet with their clients one-​on-​one. This is obviously to upsell you on other products, and as someone who works in the industry I was skeptical. That being said, I finally had the time to make it in and was pleasantly surprised. They were able to upgrade some of the coverages on my policy at no charge, and gave me some helpful tools to look into some of the services they offer (that I am currently purchasing elsewhere i.e. life insurance).
I need to go back in to discuss some information I didn’t quite have the time to go over the last time I was there (because I overbooked myself that day) and our hours overlap a bunch, but I’ll get there and I’m actually looking forward to it!
