What is a Jaffle? It’s 2 slices of buttered bread toasted in a Jaffle iron with your choice of fillings, sweet or savory. The Jaffle Iron is round, so when you put everything together and close it down, it cuts off the crusts and creates a perfectly round sandwich. It’s delicious and easy to eat on the go. Try our egg, bacon and cheddar for breakfast or one of our lunch Jaffles like Artichoke & Chicken or or BBQ Chicken. And save room for our fruit filled Jaffles for dessert.

Business Owner

Matt grew up in Coos Bay, Oregon, and went on to college at Southern Oregon spending many a day snow skiing. Sports fan, history buff and cribbage aficionado. Matt spent most of his career as a lumber broker serving mostly the Hawaiian Islands, until things went south with the economy. He always dreamed of having a café of some sort due to his life long love of cooking. Having two boys, Ian and Ramsey, he spent many years feeding a houseful of boys hearty weekend breakfasts, calling that morning ritual jokingly «Daddy’s Diner» where they all had a «tab.» Jaffles & Wraps — a dream come true.
