Jack In The Box

I ordered 20.00 worth of food. When I got to the window, they took my payment and walked away for about 5 – 7 minutes. The rude lady opened the window gave drinks and a bag and shut the window. I looked in the bag to make sure order was there. There was 5 things missing out the bag. Every time I mentioned something missing, RUDE lady told me I was wrong. Then looked to the left and pulled the missing item from the counter. This happened three times! Last there was supposed to be a large fry on the order but wasn’t added. She said what size I will give it to you for free. I told her large (that’s what I ordered originally) She looked at me and said oh no I am going to have to charge you. Needless to say my order was wrong and missing items even when I left the window. I will never go here again. HORRIBLE customer service and incompetent employees! On the receipt it says her name was Cyndy 12÷21÷15 1:20:32 pm

staff seemed friendly and in a good mood.
I bought two tacos and they skimped me on meatpaste and lettuce

Manager is an ass. He loves to argue with all of his customers unless they are «Familia». Then he bends over backwards for them. He gave one couples’ kids free smoothie refills. Try this at your local store and see if you get one? Filthiest Jack I’ve ever been to. And far fewer customers than before. I wonder if he ran the Eastport (on 82^nd) location, too?

I’ve been here twice in the past couple months. Last time, they left the chicken off my chicken salad. Today, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave me the wrong one, with sausage, which I despise. ⁰⁄₂ is pretty pathetic.

This jack in the box sucks. It’s a shame the manager is so rude and always seems annoyed. My order was messed up. And when I tried to get change for a five dollar bill I was told there were not enough ones in the register ! What an idiot. Everyone that works there besides like two people are dumb

Another Jack in the Crack along 82^nd Ave, eventually this area will be riddled with various locations of JITB than McDonalds. And like many of the other locations, this place makes killer fast food, so killer that its likely to cause intermittent death from continued eats. Service here has always been prompt and the lines have never been all that bad.
It is also one of the few locations that I’ve seen (and many more to come I’m sure) that uses PayPass for Mastercard. Food just got faster with the beep of a credit card and I’m sure the ass got bigger in the process.
