For our day catering, we specialize in super fresh, abundant and delicious meals with several Vegetarian, Pescetarian, Gluten-​Free, Vegan Box Lunches & Low Sodium options. All of our meals are made from scratch using locally grown ingredients, packaged in re-​usable and compostable containers.

Our Professional Food & Beverage services at nite features Bartenders & Servers for hire for clients hosting private parties in private homes & rental Halls. We’re Licensed, Bonded, Commercially & Liquor Liability Insured!

We manage the details of serving, replenishing the buffet, Bar-​tending, packing up leftovers and the cleaning up after invitees.

Ordering Take Out for your Special Event, Wedding, Party or celebration, then hire «It’s a Wrap» to deal with the party refreshments so that you can relax and enjoy your guest!

Established in 2011.

After working in the Restaurant, Catering & Hospitality Industry for over 23 years, Elita Mitchell decided to start her own business providing a special attention to detail and customer service that celebrates Life and Fine Dining!

We enjoy taking care of our customers and believe in going out of our way to do everything we can to help our clients put on a great party for their guest!

Elita Mitchell of «It’s A Wrap», grew up cooking as the oldest of 7 children in her single mother household at the age of 4. Raised on a farm in Meridian Mississippi before be transplanted to sunny Berkeley, California. Elita learned how to organically garden and create meals with freshly harvested fruits and vegetables and to appreciate whole foods at an early age. It was this southern upbringing that planted a seed for what would become a lifelong passion for creating super fresh and nutritious meals on a tight budget that not only tasted delicious and hearty but that also «filled you up» both physically & spiritually!

Elita has been working 23+ years in the Restaurant, Catering & Hospitality Industry, in both the front & back of the house as position ranging from busser, hostess, waiter, cocktailer, bartender, prep cook, Sous Chef to Executive Chef. Throughout her years of service, they’re a few things Elita knows for sure: people love great food & excellent service!
