With a background in interior architecture and furniture design, Introspecs LLC specializes in casework design including interior build-​outs of kitchens, bathrooms, master closets, as well as custom furniture designs. Introspecs provides design drawings complete with detailed specifications of material finishes and on-​site dimensions.

History

Established in 2005.

Allisen Larsen worked for Andrew’s Fine Woodworking Inc., acting as Lead Designer and Project Manager, overseeing custom kitchen remodels/​designs, and providing expertise in the office, as well as on-​site. Knowing she had a passion for furniture design, and then after discovering her talent for efficiency and organization in casework design, she continued building her network of colleagues while starting her own practice.

Focusing on both residential and commercial projects for more than 3 ½ years now, her portfolio is extensive and dynamic, reflecting each design experience with her clients.

Business Owner

With a degree in Interior Architecture from The University of Oregon, I’ve always had a special talent and interest in creating efficient, yet flexible, interior spaces. Starting with drawing scaled floor plans from the time I was 10, to coming up with crazy product inventions in my daydreams, I am a constant source of fresh ideas and natural understanding & ability to intuit what my client’s needs and desires will be.

I am driven by clients who understand the true importance of design drawings, in order to gain the most accurate information launching into the project with the contractor.

I speak Spanish, and used to be fairly fluent 10 years ago, after having lived and studied abroad in Mexico. Traveling to Latin American countries and immersing myself in different cultures is one of the ways I am a thrill-​seeker. I also love to do Tai Chi, yoga, workout, read novels, and write.
