I love working with a local company (I can walk to their office) and one with customer service like Hostpond’s. Richard and his staff are always helpful. Everything works. It’s just an old fashioned way of doing business and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

When I first started creating websites, I went with a large host. Then a co-​worker turned me on to Host Pond. The difference between working with a small, local company and a large impersonal one is very significant. Here is a short list of reasons I think this business is fantastic.
1. Excellent customer service, performed by a small group of people. When I contact Host Pond, I can talk to the same few people. This consistency is essential when getting help with a technical issue.
2. They are local with a real physical address.
3. They offer fantastic perks as part of their hosting plans. These include access to premium Wordpress Themes and Plugins that would normally be very expensive.
4. Competitive Pricing. Their plans range from $ 5-​$ 10 a month. Their pricing structure is straight-​forward and not confusing. They also offer discounts for non-​profits.
I am so happy I made the switch to Host Pond, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently transitioned a domain name from GoDaddy to Host Pond and setup hosting with them as well. As we run a business that is primarily e-​mail based, it was crazy important our website was functional and running smoothly. The main reason I chose Host Pond is through a word of mouth referral, I heard nothing but great things about the company. They are small and local, so they understand the challenges and will be patient with you no matter your need. I never felt I was bothering them with all of my questions and they took my concerns seriously. Our website loads crazy fast because of the proximity to their servers and our email has never been quicker. Its one of those things you never notice as a problem until it isn’t a problem anymore.
They offer walk-​in service so you can get your issues or questions answered in person if you prefer (even if you don’t need to go in person, the option to do so is AWESOME.)
They also offer free classes bi-​monthly at their office, to teach you how to build a WordPress website should you desire.
Hours are 10am-​6pm M-​F, with Saturdays available by appointment.
