Favorite nail salon hands down… And I’ve been to many different salons! Best prices, best customer service, and most importantly best results! Love love love it here.

Have had two pedicures here so far and brought friends from out of town both times. This last round my friend said it was one of the best pedis she’s ever had. The place is incredibly clean and comfortable, the rates are affordable and the staff is very friendly and great at what they do. I’m on my way to becoming a regular.

I had an amazing experience here! I wasn’t able to get into my regular place and needed my nails done before New Years. I called them around noon and they were able to get me in that day! The salon is very clean and beautiful and the ladies were all very welcoming and friendly. Tina did an amazing job on my nails! I’m still obsessed with them and getting daily compliments on them 2 full weeks later! I am very pick about my nails and will definitely go back for my fill!

Best salon experience I’ve ever had! I came with my bridal party the night before my wedding and was so impressed by how friendly, professional, and FABULOUS everyone was! We were greeted with champagne and we were treated like queens.
As a stressed out bride, I was so happy with the wonderful pedicure and massage! But the best part was Tina and her AMAZING manicure. She was so sweet and has the best eye for color. My pointy nails in First Kiss was kicked up to beyond gorgeous with an ombré accent nail in gold sparkles! I will never go anywhere but Hollywood for mani/​pedis again!!!

I would have to say this is one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. The building is very nice and the interior looks very modern. I had a gel manicure and after she was finished painting my nails, my lady put hot wax on my hands and then gave me a hand and arm massage. It was really lovely and my hands feel so soft! The only downsides to this place are that I couldn’t understand most anything that my lady said to me and that while the Unilocal page says they take credit cards, they actually don’t. They have an ATM machine by the counter, which charges you a $ 1.50 fee that you’re supposed to take cash out from to pay for your services.

Such a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and friendly workers! Took such care and time to do a mani and pedi. Will definitely be back! Prices were extremely reasonable as well!

I make appointments in advance, which makes for an easy in & out. Easy parking, with convenient roof top parking.
I love the new style in here, it’s nail bar seating & they have very upscale pedicure chairs and tubs. Tina also uses new machines to keep nail dust & that icky smell away for a clean environment.
The ambiance is really relaxing. Their big screen tv plays easy listing good updated music and I’ve experienced an Adele concert playing too. I love the fact that it’s relaxing here. I’m relaxing. It’s not too busy & they aren’t playing crap music or the news, which is not relaxing.
The staff is super friendly and they make it easy to enjoy this place.
I’m a working mom, and do a lot with my hands. My nails have not lifted and they still look great after missing a couple days and getting in at 3 weeks!

Happened to be running around doing errands on a day off and walked by this place on Sandy. Why not treat myself to a manicure. It had been months!
I walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile and eagerness to help :)
They set me up right away for my gel manicure. Once I picked my color I was set :)
It was slow so I had the chance to talk to the ladies about thanksgiving plans and food :)
The manicure was excellent and the massage was a nice surprise! They had a new red sparkle polish that came in and offered to add it to my color just so they could see what it looked like. Win!
I live on the southwest and id be happy to make my way back here again for more services! :)

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I think this is the best nail salon in Portland. The ladies are super sweet, friendly and do a fantastic job. The salon is really new and clean. The prices are reasonable and the services are amazing. Tina always does my nails PERFECTLY. I’m always so in love with my nails and have a great experience every time. Definitely recommend this as it is by far my favorite nail salon!

Just called in and had an appointment for acrylic nails with my friend. Tina did my nails. She was so kind and careful to give me exactly what I wanted. 100% would recommend and I will be coming back. Thank you!

I’ve had my nails done here a few times when they first opened and they’ve honestly been great and friendly as any new business should… But in my last few visits it seems like they’ve been busy and have been rushing through the service.
Last month I made an appointment and the whole service was rushed, they didn’t ask me what kind of service I wanted (luxury or whatever else) didn’t offer me a drink, no customer service but since they were busy I just let it go, my nails were ok although they lifted after a week and half.
Then about less than two weeks ago I was there I called an asked if I could come in to get a shellac mani/​pedi, it was about 4pm and they closed at 6, she said yes so I come in (I live 5 mins away) Same thing! It was slow but By the time they got to me it was 5p and The whole process was rushed my pedicure was okay but my manicure was so bad! She rushed through the whole thing, there were bubbles and bumps on my nails and by the 3^rd day they chipped and were peeling off. I could tell they just finished it off so they could close. I’ve always paid with my debit card (the first few months they opened) but recently they added an ATM and said they don’t take debit. Who doesn’t take debit? I wasn’t going to pay an atm fee so I asked if they take credit card and they hesitantly said yes. $ 95 bucks including tip, not the best service, nails are chipped and you don’t take debit? Not the place for me. So I’m definitely not returning. Which sucks because this place is right next to my apartment but the service, the inconsistency and the sketchy way of charging people doesn’t sit well with me.

Amazing! These ladies are wonderful. I got a pedi and a fill today for my first time at Hollywood nails (I just moved to NE) and I was thoroughly impressed. Both gals I had were absolute perfectionists which is awesome. I got a Hollywood pedicure but added a callous removing treatment and she worked on my heels til they were soft. When it came time for my fill I showed Tina a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. To top it all off one of the girls was doing a Starbucks run and Tina had her grab a coffee for me as well. So sweet! I’m glad to say that Hollywood nails will be my go to neighborhood spot as long as I’m living in NE. Thanks ladies! See you next time!

Made an appt. arrived 5 mins early. Waited for 20 mins with virtually no acknowledgement so I left.

Wow !!! Talk about excellent service! This place is brand new and beautiful inside. The women were so amazingly nice and helpful and even gave me an extra back and neck massage because they weren’t too busy. I will absolutely be going back here. My Shellac was done so perfectly and hasn’t liften or peeled at all and it’s been a week! Also the color selection they have is mind blowing. Larger than anything I’ve ever seen!

The owner and acrylic nail lady, Tina is RUDE and completely unprofessional. I went in for a simple solar fill and she said she could not mix the powders to make the pink lighter. The real answer is she didn’t want to because I’ve had that done before and it takes zero effort. Also she was using a cuticle trimmer that fell on the floor! I was so disgusted I had to walked out. I’ve had my nails done off and on for 10 years and I’ve never had such a horrible experience! BTW If you’re not paying cash they completely make up the prices. Go anywhere else!

Popped in here cuz it’s close to home and Euphoria just hasn’t been cutting it for me lately. Extremely pleased. Not only did the technician do a fantastic job, but I didn’t feel rushed either. And I didn’t feel like I was being talked about in a language that I don’t understand! I will return and hope that my next visit is as great as this one is.

I had my first pedicure with Hollywood nail and I would certainly recommend it! Modern message chairs, big windows for lots of light, and tvs distract with. The thing to really write home about is what an amazing pedicure they gave. This may be too much detail but they really took time to exfoliate and trim off damaged area without just taking a Brillo pad to the sensitive parts of my feet.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SALON. Tina, the owner, is an artist with acrylics. I’m usually very picky but I let her use her creativity and I am never disappointed. The pedicures are absolutely amazing and always last me at least a month. Everyone is extremely friendly and you are offered your choice of mimosa, red or white wine, water, or tea, complimentary as you are getting your services done. I’ve also had waxing services done and was over the moon with how everything turned out. I won’t go anywhere else even though the salon is about 35 minutes from my house, and I recommend it to everyone. The salon is fairly new, but business is really picking up so you would do better making an appointment than just trying to walk in, but they do accept walk-​ins. Try Hollywood Nails! You will not regret it!

I love coming to this place! The environment is always friendly, welcoming and relaxing. I brought my mom in for a mani and pedi and she did not want to leave lol. Tina is so funny and I love her attitude. She’s always making sure my expectations are met before walking out of here. I had to come back because one of my nails got ruined, and even though they were packed, I was in and out. Tina is my favorite person there :)

Shiny new massage pedicure chairs and a lovely urban industrial-​ish fit out, this is definitely a step above your standard strip mall salon.
And while the only service I can report on is the excellent shellac manicure (the mani quality truly was excellent, although the hand massage left something to be desired), I’ll absolutely be back for more services in the future. (Like the $ 90 eyelash extensions! Hellooooo!)
Pro tip: the row of 9 massage pedicure chairs, a 6-​seat manicure bar, and the complimentary champagne and wine make this the perfect place to bring a group. Get there quick — they are offering 30% off all services during their first few months.
