I am a psychotherapist and counselor who works from the heart. I am sensitive and collaborative in my work with individuals, couples, adults and adolescents.

History

Established in 2004.

I began my career in counseling in residential facilities with adolescents and their families. In July of 2004 I opened my Private Practice. At Heart Centered Psychotherapy I work with a wide variety of clients; I work especially well with young women, couples and adolescents.

Business Owner

I have worked in mental health since 1992. I earned my graduate degree in Counseling in 1999 and my Oregon State license in January 2003. I have experience working with all types of clients: individuals, couples & families; adolescents & adults. Additionally, I have experience providing Supervision which I currently provide to Counseling Interns working toward their LPC. I am client centered and collaborative in my therapy approach, which means I work with my clients to taylor the best interventions and treatment plan for them based on their personality and comfort zone. Through my therapy envirnoment and my approach I create a warm and safe therapeutic environment.
