Our teachers are well trained to help you find the proper alignment in the poses and to gradually build your flexibility, strength and balance. Breathing and relaxation are also emphasized to help you de-stress and connect with inner stillness. We also offer classes in Mindful Alignment, Aigong and Tai Chi as well as variety of interesting workshops.
History
Established in 2004.
Since opening, we have added several yoga classes and teachers to the schedule, as well as Qigong and Tai Chi. Class times range from early morning to evening. We continue to grow and will be offering Yoga Calm® for children 6 – 10 years old in February 2014.
Meet the Business Owner
Moline W.
Business Owner
Moline has been teaching yoga since 2001. Her influences are Amrit Yoga which incorporates short meditative pauses after each pose, and Iyengar Yoga which focuses on alignment. Most recently she has been including elements of Mindful Alignment, a method of aligning the skeleton in a natural way, in her approach to the yoga postures. Her classes are fun as well as informative and she enjoys helping students to modify poses for their specific needs.
