Hair Perfection

I went over there to get a hair cut i set down waited. hearing the most discussing way to treat customers ever with that said i kept patient and not saying anything after all the customers left i was last. so he asked me do you want a hair cut i said yes so i came in the front and i sat down woman comes in he ask her to sit down and then he started to work on her completely ignored me so i asked her after she finished did you make an appointment thats why he ignored me she said no. I looked at him and i said sir why did you ignore me he said «you make appointment «it doesn’t say that anywhere in the store, so i figured he made it up. anyway this is my forth time experiencing something like that. Please don’t waste your money on people who dont appreciate it ! By the way i never imagined that one day i will write something like that on a certain busines i always try to support people with business because i know its hard, but to be honest they deserve it.

Didn’t ask how I wanted my eyebrows, I was able to say I didn’t to want the tops waxed before he started. He razored the tops and took too much eyebrow. You can always take more but I’m not into drawing them back on. Thanks alot.

I called on a Sunday because I was having an eyebrow emergency (I had tried to pluck them myself) and I had an interview the next day. This salon was one of the only places near me that was open. The business is owned by a husband and wife, and they had their teenage son working the phone. He answered my call with «Uhhhh, hello?,» and at first I thought I must’ve dialed the wrong number. I explained my situation and asked if they could squeeze me in. He told me that he had to go ask his mom and that he would call me back. He did, and told me to come by in an hour. Less than 5 minutes later, he called back again and said «My mom wants to go home early. Can you come now? How soon can you be here?» This alone was very unprofessional, but I told him that I lived only a few minutes away and would be right over because, as I said, I was having an eyebrow emergency. I was outside the salon about ten minutes later. The place was closed and I saw the woman and her son in their car pulling out of the parking lot. They couldn’t even wait ten minutes for me! And they didn’t even bother to call to tell me not to come. I honestly can’t believe these people are still in business. They were incredibly unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude. Sure they only charge $ 6 for an eyebrow wax, but I would rather pay twice that much for someone who is reliable, courteous, and professional.

When it comes to eyebrows… nobody does them like PETER! He is certainly the best around and you absolutely cannot beat $ 6.00. Definitely try to avoid a Friday, especially Friday afternoon as he gets very busy, but even at peak time he is always very quick at getting through a large group of people and the wait has never been ridiculous.

These people are the best. A real ma and pop shop, where both are ALWAYS working. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here for nearly 8 years, and while yes, the pop is a better hair removal specialist than the ma, it’s quick and ridiculously cheap. Six dollars, people! Any fancy salon will charge you at least $ 20 and force you to have lame conversation. None of that here, just the basics. Low-​key affordability — which is important when you have your brows waxed every three weeks like clockwork. No matter where I’ve lived around the city (Milwaukie, Beaverton, Montevilla), I’ve always made the trek up to Hair Perfection.

Minus 3 stars because the last time I went in and flinched before she pulled the waxing strip she hit me… no joke open hand swatted my face for moving.
The reason I still have 2*‘s is because I am still going back.

Will hook your eyebrows up! I go to either Peter or Nancy, both are really good and did I mention cheap? $ 6! Aviod Friday and Sat because its PACKED!
Customer service isnt all that great though, so minus one star, but if you can deal with poor costomer service, go for it!
