History

Established in 2011.

After more than 20 years in the real estate business as a broker, owner, and investor, it became clear that there was a serious gap in the market. The typical property owner was poorly prepared, under-informed, and didn’t have time to effectively manage all of the necessary ongoing repairs, maintenance and improvements.

At the same time, it was became clear that there were many very good service providers who may not be good sales people or have the budgets for marketing and customer service necessary to effectively compete.

Today, GruntWorks simplifies the process of getting the right provider for the job, allows service providers to spend more time on the services they get paid to perform, and saves both parties time and money along the way. We believe that providing a service that gives people more time for the stuff that matters most improves our community as a whole. Just in case it’s not enough, a percentage of each job booked goes to support local schools and charities.
