This G.O. Was nice!!! The store was clean the shelves were nicely stocked the employees were nice and they stay open till 10!!! Thats un heard of. I liked the fact that they were selling trees still they stopped selling trees in sac back in the beginning of summer! They have good deals here lots to choose and friendly environment. Lots of markdowns on the meats which is always good to find that way u could stock up and freeze it and use it when u need it. Go take a trip to this G.O. U’ll thank me later.

The staff here is usually pleasant and it’s less hassle than shopping at the big warehouse stores. My major complaint is that the meats, cheeses and produce are often inedible(spoiled), even if the dates are within range. I still come here for pantry items because it’s convenient, but the prices aren’t any better than WinnCo or Wal-Mart.

Grocery Outlet is my favorite chain of grocery stores. When living in another part of the country, Grocery Outlet and their low prices are always missed. Groc Out is essentially stocked with all of the items that fell off the shelves of the other stores: whatever is surplus or mislabeled is sold to Groc Out and put on their sales floor. If you look at some products you’ll notice Jewel brand products or packaging in French. One time in the milk section there were cartons of milk from a store called Central Market. This store was familiar to me and anyone else who have ever visited Austin, TX: Central Market is exclusively an Austin store. So the way that Groc Out gets their food is a mystery to me but for some reason you’re getting food shipped from across the country. This part of the experience doesn’t stop me from going there all of the time though because of all the money that can be saved there.

What happened to this place?! In the past few months, prices have gone up dramatically. Safeway has better deals, regular sales„ a cleaner store and checkers I can relate to. I am so disappointed at the recent changes; I can no longer afford to shop at this odd store. What are they thinking? Who are they marketing to? In the heart of King City, they ditched all the«older» experienced checkers and jacked up the prices. Buh-bye.

Stuff sold here is cheaper because it is excess from different stores, the manufacturer’s shipping problems or near expiration date(which you may want to check carefully on refrigerated items). They sell all kinds of non food as well, shampoo, beer, toys… all for low prices that usually beat other grocery stores. Compared to other«Canned Food Grocery Outlet» stores: This location is about average. Better than Chehalis, WA, on par with Bellingham, WA. The whole chain has been getting fewer odd ball gourmet finds and more plain store brands. Nothing wrong with soup from Stop-n-Shop(east coast) but it is not that different from Safeway(west coast). Used to be one could find caviar and such on occasion. Lots of good deals. Just rare to find something really unexpected.

This store reminds me of a Goodwill store, in that, it is never the same store twice. There are excellent bargains on grocery store items as well as other miscellaneous items like DVD movies and clothing. I usually will go here first at that beginning of my shopping week and then I pick up what this store does not have at my other grocery store of course. I always enjoy the adventure of this store.
