Grey Star real estate is greedy. But arent all real Estate companies. Yes. ParkRidge Apartments in Lake Oswego was run previously by a greedy company; however at least they let allowed the residents to be a community. And at least they allowed the residents the ability to use what they pay for. Grey star, raised the rent, took over the resident clubhouse. The staff will not allow residents to use the clubhouse kitchen and refrigerator and will not allow residents to share in community in our lobby. Grey star does not fit in… in lake oswego oregon at all. They take the life right out of this community and they dont fit in at all. The building is old yet they raised the rent. The décor they changed looks aweful and distatstful. It is not NW décor and it is greedy, cold, and untrustworthy. Very disatisfied. This corporate company is extremely greedy unfriendly and distasteful.
