So glad I found Cecily! My morale was extremely low after spending a full week on the phone with Kaiser customer service. I was simply trying to figure out how to get comparable coverage in my new state. But it was a bureaucratic nightmare. THEN someone suggested I contact an insurance agent and I quickly found Cecily online. Problem solved. Cecily is sharp, fast, detail-​oriented, patient (answered all of my many questions), trustworthy, upbeat, and knows her stuff! Right away she found a plan for me that was way better than anything I had hoped for. Moving is stressful enough. Cecily made the «getting new health insurance» part easy.

Cecily Hutchins is a GODSEND. I can’t say enough good things about her. My insurance plan change didn’t get processed during open enrollment due to a website glitch, and my original insurance broker – the 5-​star rated one who was supposed to help me out with problems like these – completely disappeared. I tried calling the healthcare provider and
on my own, but kept getting the runaround.
I called G&A and was transferred to Cecily to explain my situation. She clarified what was going on, sympathized with my frustration, and immediately started taking action to fix my problem, despite our lack of any prior relationship.
That was almost five months ago. I’ve since been escalated to and gone through the entire «expedited»
appeals process, which is about as pleasurable as going to the DMV once a week for five months straight. You really do not want to go through that, but if you must, Cecily is the best person to take with you.
She has been there the whole time, advocating for me and helping navigate the process with a great attitude. When we finally reached the stage of our official appeal phone call last week, the federal representative kept praising her excellent record-​keeping and documentation, noting that it certainly helped our case. We won’t get our final determination for a few weeks, but I’m confident that she has done everything in her power to swing the decision in my favor.
There are dozens of 5-​star reviews of insurance brokers that can help you find a good plan, but not all of them will be there for you if/​when things go downhill. Cecily has proven that she is dedicated to my best interests even at her own cost. As of this writing, she has probably made pennies from my case in exchange for 15+ hours of work that she could have easily refused. I could go on and on about how great she is. but, really, the point is that you should just call her and make her your broker.

I have a medical condition which required specialized doctors, the use of alternative care and out of state labs. I was looking at one plan, but decided to check Unilocal for a broker for a second pair of eyes. Boy, am I glad I did this. Adrienne found me a far better plan, that I would have otherwise skipped over. It’s hard to quantify in dollars what the future year will bring in medical, but I would guestimate that I will being saving $ 2000-​$ 4500 in medical with her help and guidance. This included multiple rounds of Cover Oregon determinations… she even personally called management at Cover Oregon on our behalf to clarify status on a redetermination.

She was very informative, really down to earth and genuine about teaching these confusing changes.
