Mr. Gonzales has handled thousands of cases, including immigrant visa waiver cases, before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), formerly known as United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), and now a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Gonzales has handled thousands of cases before U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), formerly known as INS, and now a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Gonzales has handled many Immigration trials before the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and he has handled Immigration appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and before the Federal Court of Appeals. Mr. Gonzales has extensive trial experience having handled trials involving both state and federal courts.

Jeffrey C. Gonzales has practiced law since 1982, and his practice is exclusively limited to Immigration law. Mr. Gonzales is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Oregon Chapter of AILA.
Mr. Gonzales is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, and he also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
