Mr. Gonzales has handled thousands of cases, including immigrant visa waiver cases, before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), formerly known as United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), and now a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Gonzales has handled thousands of cases before U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), formerly known as INS, and now a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Gonzales has handled many Immigration trials before the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and he has handled Immigration appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and before the Federal Court of Appeals. Mr. Gonzales has extensive trial experience having handled trials involving both state and federal courts.

Jeffrey C. Gonzales has practiced law since 1982, and his practice is exclusively limited to Immigration law. Mr. Gonzales is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Oregon Chapter of AILA.

Mr. Gonzales is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, and he also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

We went to Jonathan Gonzales (JJ) when things with our previous immigration attorney did not seem right, I did my research and found JJ online with positive reviews so we instantly sat down and did a consultation for which point we found the true extent of the what had transpired with the case which included a deportation notice. From there we moved forward with JJ and knew it would be a tough case to overcome considering the circumstances. The process took some time but both Inna and JJ were very supportive throughout the process and took the time to answer our calls and questions whenever they arised. I would highly recommend Gonzales, Gonzales, & Gonzales to anyone looking for qualified, professional attorneys to handle their case.

Everyone is very nice, professional and very helpful! We’re back in the US had no trouble and everything went very smooth and very quick they over prepare you to make sure you have everything in order for the interview! Great experience, highly recommend them you wont regret it :)

The detailed and focused attention given to my husband’s case was exceptional.
From signing the contract to receiving the green card we felt supported and encouraged throughout the whole process.
While my husband was in Mexico for only a few days, we were given constant support from the office, making this whole intimidating and fearful process seamless.
I couldn’t imagine working with any other firm and would highly recommend them for any immigration work.

Mala experience con esta firma de abogados «NO LOS RECOMIENDO»
Le explique bien la situacion de mi caso a Jeff y aun, segun su «experiencia» El tuvo que haber sabido que podia solucionar mi caso sin salir de U.S.A. Pero El opto por el proceso mas largo «$» por supuesto por el dinero.
Leyendo los comentarios me deje llevar pero no es asi, segun dicen que siempre contestan las llamadas yo tuve que haber sido el unico que no le contestaban, siempre que llamaba, que estaban en una junta o me referian el buzon de voz, NO regresaban la llamada tenia que llamar otra vez.
Mas de 30 años de experiencia lo cual no lo pudo demostrar en mi caso, falta de profesionalismo, impuntuales y sobre todo demaciado caro $ estoy seguro que en mi caso hubiese gastado menos de la mitad de lo que El me cobro, les recomiendo Inmigrant Law Group estoy seguro que les daran mejor servicio mas barato mejor trato y queda a la vuelta de esta oficina, esta es mi opinion de mi caso tomelo o dejelo!
Bad experience with this firm «do not recommend «
While I explained my situation to Jeff and even if, according to their «experience» He had to have known he could solve my case without leaving USA, But he chose the longer process «$ «of course for the money.
Reading the comments I got carried away but it is not, as they say always answer calls I had to have been the only one who did not get answer from them, when i called they were in a meeting or I referred to the voicemail, and did not return the call i had to call again .
More than 30 years of experience which He could not proved it in my case, lack of professionalism, tardy answers way too expensive $ I am sure in my case I would be spent less than half of what he charged me, I recommend Immigrant Law Group I’m sure that they will give you better service and of course better deal is just around this office, this is my opinion of my case take it or leave !!

We came to this law firm to help get my husband a green card. Although a little expensive (though I’m not sure how their rates compare to other law firms in the area) we found our money well spent. The Jeffery Gonzales team made this process simple and straight forward. We were well prepared and in the end my husband’s residency was approved.

I have nothing but the best to say about the people that work at the law offices of Jeffrey Gonzales. My husband and I met with 3 or 4 different lawyers before deciding to hire this firm for my husband’s immigration case a year and half ago. Jeri and JJ are both great and accessible, as is all of their support staff. My husband had his immigration interview/​physical in Ciudad Juarez one year ago. He was then in Mexico for 7 months during the waiver process (we were told it would probably be 3 – 4 months). And now he is here and a permanent resident!
While it is entirely possible to go through the whole process without a lawyer I would highly recommend hiring someone with the experience and expertise that this law office brings. The cost is daunting, but well worth it. Until our broken system starts to resemble something related to justice and dignity, this is your best option…

I was referred to Jeffrey Gonzalez by a friend, this have been a very good experience, Jeffrey and their stafff were allways there for me and my husband to answer any question and helping us along the way, I went to Mexico back in January, after 5 months I am back, they were always honest and upfront, We are very happy with their service, they also make you feel like a person, not as one more case in their files.
Un amigo me refirio con Jeffrey Gonzalez, esta fue una muy buena experiencia, Jeffrey y su equipo estuvieron siempre disponibles para cualquier duda y ayudandonos durante el proceso. Me fui a Mexico en Enero y despues de 5 meses ya estoy de regreso, ellos siempre fueron honestos desde el principio, Estamos muy contentos con su servicio, ademas de que te hacen sentir como persona y no como un caso mas en sus archivos.

I highly recommend Jeff and JJ Gonzales. When my husband was facing deportation I went to several other attorneys who told me they would not take the case, or that I needed to wait 10 years before I could begin the application process. Thankfully though I found Jeff who agreed to take the case, charged a reasonable price, and got started right away. He was honest and upfront and explained that it was a difficult case, but that he was confident he could get my husband home. He never sugarcoated the situation, but was compassionate, professional and efficient. He was extremely well informed on the ever-​changing laws and procedures, and he gladly answered all of my questions along the way.
I never felt like a number on a file, but rather every time I called Jeff and JJ knew me by name, knew what was going on with my case, and treated me with courtesy and respect.
After 5 years Jeff, JJ, and the rest of their professional team finally got my husband home. It was such a wonderful victory and I have them to thank for it. Everyone knows the immigration process is tedious, confusing, and frustrating, but Jeff and his team make it possible. They really are the best of the best!

Jeffrey Gonzales was recommended to us by some friends who had a similar situation to ours. Her husband was sent down to Mexico two and a half years ago and was home within 2 months with his green card. We never consulted anyone else — due to our friends’ high recommendation of Jeffrey we went directly to him and we have not been disappointed. He was very up front and honest with us about what it would take to get my husband a green card and their advice has been right on throughout the entire process. My husband left in April and returned earlier this month after being gone just 4 months. All along the way Jeffrey and JJ and their staff have been professional, courteous and in cases such as this most importantly accurate! I have referred many friends and family to them since then and they are also honest with people up front if there is some reason they can’t help them. This means that those people don’t spend a ton of money pursuing a dead end and it also avoids them sending someone out of country if there isn’t a high degree of certainty that the outcome will be a good one. I give everyone in this office my highest recommendation and suggest you schedule a consult with them immediately even if you’ve been told by others that you don’t have a strong case. This is all these guys do day in and day out and they are truly experts at it. Thank you Jeffrey, JJ and the rest of the team for bringing my husband back safe and sound :).
