History

Established in 2004.

In April 2004 after living in Portland OR for almost 20 Years, my wife and I, with our first-born 4 month old child, headed to the East Coast. There, we opened a Pizza and Subs shop in an old convenience store about 100 miles NW of Washington DC. We put my experience of working in different kitchens while in Italy and our love of cooking to the test.

It took only about 6 months to become profitable and another 6 months to become the most popular pizza shop in town. Now the weather was a different story; we never wanted to get used to it, it reminded me that my wife started crying when we were leving Portland. After the economy fell, our competition was shutting down and we stayed steady. This helped us find a good buyer and after about 7 years of the East Coast, we sold our place, and here we are. On February 2012, not trying it, but doing it all over again in Portland, OR, where the weather is something we enjoy getting used to. Remember! Play and you’ll win, Try and you’ll enjoy
