History

Established in 2004.

Geometry began in 2004. Alicia Buoni has over 10 years experience and is constantly learning and expanding on her methods of teaching. Alicia believes we can heal ourselves through movement and found Pilates and Gyrotonic exercises help to re-educate your body to move with fluidity, grace, and power. All the teachers at Geometry observe the clients movement patterns and help them use their mind, breath and skeletal structure to strengthen and help all clients move and function at a higher level.
