Terrible place, terrible doctor, terrible customer service. Do not go here you will regret it. After months in the same contacts and a very needed appointment the doctor called in sick for the second time on me. Then the desk girl tried to turn it around and blame it on me for not having transportation to the office because I live in north Portland.

Made an appointment on Friday for the next day they said they had appointments open from 3:30 till close. Scheduled my appointment for 3:30. Got stuck in traffic arrived 2 minutes late, they were standing in the back chatting. Came out and said since I was late they’d have to reschedule out to another day. Not going back.

Took a long time to get helped. When I did, they were helpful. The glasses were giving me a headache. They had to re order them. The second pair was a little better. The first glasses cost me double what they quoted me. I am still wearing my old glasses. I will never go there again. Now that I used up my insurance quota, I cant get new ones for 2 years. Watch out their quotes are not accurate. And their lens quality is sub par.

The eye exam and eyeglass ordering went well. I only had to wait about 5 days to pick them up.
I was told to give my eyes a chance to accustom to the new prescription.
I went in approx 30 days later with concerns. I explained that I’d given the new glasses a month but was still having focus problems. I was told it was too late to return the glasses. I explained I didn’t want to return, I just wanted them fixed. They did an adjustment of the frame which did improve the focus slightly but not adequately.
I spent $ 666.40 for 1 pair of progressive and 1 pair of single vision glasses and they still, after 3 months, are inadequate. The focus in the left lens is terrible and I’m not able to get satisfaction.
I’ve been back many, many times and have even complained directly to the doctor to no avail.
I would NEVER consider using their service again and would STRONGLY recommend against anyone else using their service.
