Fritz Photography

We used Fritz Photo to take some wedding photos. I didn’t get all the ones I wanted on my wedding day, so I dressed up again and my husband, mother, and I took some pictures. Fritz Photo was very professional and easy to work with. He did a great job and capturing intimate moments. You would have never know it was a year later. I now have remarkable photos to hand in our house. Thank you Fritz for your amazing artistic eye!

Fritz is an excellent choice for high school graduation photos. He captured our daughter’s essence in an outdoor setting — and delivered an excellent result. He brings an artist’s eye to both the photo shoot and the printing process. Plus he’s amiable and comfortable to work with.

FritzPhoto provided wedding photography for us and Fritz did an incredible job. As an older-​than-​usual couple, I asked Fritz to make us look fabulous. And he did. :) We have beautiful shots of us, family, and very artistic shots of the venue. We’re incredibly happy with our experience.

I proposed earlier this year, and Fritz Photo captured the moment and the day. Their photographer was professional and friendly, the company was helpful, and the photos themselves were perfect. One day we will show the photos to our children.

We just finished our 4^th portrait session with Fritz. He took pictures at our wedding almost 10 years ago and after each of our 3 sons was born. We look forward to continuing the tradition with him because every time the pictures are beautiful, the session fun and our boys and family well documented. Thanks Fritz!

We need a photo for our wedding invitation. And we made an appointment with Fritz after a little research on Unilocal.We paid $ 220 for the simple portrait session along with makeup, which is rather reasonable. But the high resolution digital photo will cost you $ 100 EACH!!! I bet you can find a better deal from other photographer, assuming you need the high resolution digital copies.
Our photographer Kyle is great. He did a good job and was cheerful to work with. But we can only give two star because I HATE my makeup!!! The makeup artist had no workstation at Fritz but came to the studio with a toolbox. They let you sit on a window side chair and you had no idea what you look like during the makeup. You got to take a look at yourself using the restroom mirror, at the end when it was too late to make any changes!
Another tip is that the $ 125 for $ 95 voucher only works for the photo session. Fritz won’t accept it for the photo order. This is NOT stated clearly.

We used Fritz Photo for our wedding this month and we were very impressed with the company and the photographers. We had one photographer but when we got our pictures after being edited, we had to wonder how was he able to do all of that just by himself? He was amazing and very talented at what he does.
The whole experience was great and I highly recommend it. We were planning from another country but Fritz was very patient and understanding with us, and they were able to work with us no matter what.
Hands down, Fritz is the way to go! You won’t be disappointed.

We used FritzPhotography (specifically, Kyle and Jennifer) to shoot our wedding in Seattle this past August. We are so happy with the results! We have SO MANY good pictures to choose from (nearly 1000 from our 8 hour day). There was so much that we would have missed just having one photographer, I’m glad we went with two. The whole experience, from an initial website inquiry to our last meeting where we picked up the cd of images and picked our images for the storybook album, was great. Totally relaxed, no high pressure to buy prints or additional books. Kyle was a true professional and captured our day exactly as I want to remember it. I appreciate his style and that he was able to get shots that I didn’t even think to ask for.
We also opted to add the photobooth and it was a hit! I wasn’t sure if people would use it — but we have the gallery to prove that they did! It was such an easy add-​on (we added it at the last minute) and I’m glad it was an option.
As part of our package, we also got our engagement photo session. Kyle suggested that we head to Powell’s and then maybe hit up a bridge for the quintessential Portland experience. We were so comfortable working with him, and never felt like we were posing or being unnatural or not being ourselves. Kyle really captured us being «us»… The book of our engagement photos is fantastic. Fritz puts them into order himself, and he has a great eye.
We loved everything and would do it all the same if we could. Now we’re just waiting to see our wedding storybook and the parent albums! I know they’re going to be amazing.

Last year I entered a pageant and needed some professional pictures taken for it. After doing a lot of online research, I really liked the pictures by Fritz. I travelled 3+ hours to meet him (I live in Monroe, WA) and was not disappointed at all. Him and his team was awesome. They made me feel very comfortable and special. I had so much fun during the photo-​shoot and the end result was amazing. My display picture here is one of the pictures taken by him that day. One of the titles I won on this pageant was people’s choice, which was entirely based on the pictures. So yeah it was totally worth it.
I would recommend him to all my friends.

Last summer, I went to Fritz for my senior portraits, and I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! They turned out beautifully, and working with him was great. He was easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable throughout the session. I didn’t want my senior pictures to be the same old cliché poses, and Fritz didn’t disappoint. His ideas were very creative and interesting. The price wasn’t too bad either. Overall a great experience.

Best wedding photographer ever! Being a photog myself I spent a ton of time researching wedding photographers in Portland. Fritz exceeded all of my expectations. Technically he is superb, he’s totally happy to go out of the box if that’s what you want, super likable, and he flawlessly blends in unless he can help with something, then he jumps right in. Bottom line, we’ve got the best wedding photos I’ve ever seen.

Fritz did a friend’s wedding several years back. It was the first time I saw wedding photos that weren’t trite and cliched. I knew when I got engaged that I wanted to use him. The only problem was he lived in Oregon, and I was in NYC. Luckily Fritz put together a wonderful package for me that didn’t break the bank. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even went into hyper-​picture taking mode when we almost got kicked out of Bryant Park by the cops! I only wish he lived closer. He could be taking my Christmas card pictures now that we have kids!

Fritz photographed my son’s Bar Mitzvah. We used him after he had photographed my Sister’s wedding at our house. At our house he was polite, unobtrusive, great with the kids and took gorgeous photos for my Sister. He capture every important moment beautifully. He was an obvious choice for the Bar Mitzvah. Fritz has such a calm demeanor, he puts everyone at ease on an otherwise stressful day. Every family member loved Fritz and my Bar Mitzvah boy was thrilled with his party photos. Fritz’s photos and his perspective are unique and creative and we cherish the beautiful albums he put together for us of both the Bar Mitzvah service at the Synagogue and the party that night.

It’s been my pleasure to know Fritz for two or three years and have followed his family business with interest. His creativity, eye for detail and for that special shot have opened up many opportunities for him.

It was an easy choice for us to select Fritz to be our wedding photographer – one of my friends’ used him for their wedding this summer and the photos are spectacular (chances are you have seen some of them around town!) Since we were having a small wedding (less than 20 people) I wanted someone who was not only creative, but also artistic. I did not want our wedding photos to look like a yearbook! He did not disappoint!
All of our guests found him fun and pleasant to work with. We were able to take photos outside in the streets of Portland which were fantastic. It was fun and we felt like models! We also have some of the best family photos my family has ever had (my Mom and the camera don’t have a great relationship).
Our photos were available for viewing online in our own gallery within a few days. I think everyone we know has seen them now and the feedback we have gotten has been great. One person even responded that he «is not a photographer, he is a true artist.» We feel the same way. Our wedding day was captured in a truly unforgettable way.
I highly recommend Fritz to anyone planning a wedding in the Portland area. In fact if you don’t book him I think you are making a mistake! My close friend who is getting married this summer in Virginia said if she hadn’t already booked a local photographer she would have flown him in for her wedding!

Our wedding photos are absolutely stunning. The photos that Fritz took have heard more compliments than I’m sure even Fritz can imagine. Other friends that have been married within the last year are almost upset with us that our pictures are so fantastic.
