Ron and his crew came in when we needed it the most and gave us great food, great service and a great price for our company event. I has been working with another company and had recently had a bad experience that made me want to switch vendors. Ron made it such an easy transition. He provided a great menu, implemented our suggestions and recommendations and executed fabulously!
I will absolutely work with Ron again in the future if he will have us. :)

I’ve dealt with several different catering companies for both private and business events. Never have I been more impressed with, not only, the food, but the courtious service and professional attitude of the Fork It staff and owner. In serving over 100 people, they were polite, friendly, and presented with a smile, some of the most delicious prime rib, potatoes, buttery garlic rolls, veggies, and salad I have ever had. The berry crisp and bread pudding desserts were indulgent and heavenly, nicely rounding out a fantastic meal. And no one else, no matter where I inquired, could beat their pricing! I would definitely recommend them to any and all who ask. In short, this is an A-​List catering company and you should seriously put them at the top of your list for any and every event you need catered.

Fork It Catering did a corporate event for me and far exceeded my expectations. The owner Ron was very responsive and made sure that our event was seamless. He brought samples to my office after I selected the menu, which was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Fork It Catering to others!

We recently engaged Fork It Catering for our wedding reception, and it was the best decision of our entire event!
I will start by saying that we have a diverse group of friends, with all different kinds of dietary needs. For some caterers, this would have been burdensome, as I have learned from talking to other couples. But Ron helped us with how we could include elements that would satisfy everyone’s dietary requirements.
As my husband and I were new to all of this, we weren’t sure what we needed to do, and this is where Ron excelled. He helped us plan things that weren’t even part of the catering part of our event, guiding us through the important decisions that had to be made, and even giving us the 30 day out plans, 14 day out plans, 7 days out plans, and what we needed to do the day of the event (which was really nothing except to bring the wine and beer that we were bringing from our private collection to share with our friends and family).
Throughout the event, there were two overwhelming themes that people told us. They enjoyed the space that we had chosen, a little hidden gem in Southeast Portland. But the praise for the food was what people kept raving about — and I joined in with that praise. Everything was fresh and delectable, spiced perfectly, and the presentation was gorgeous.
Not only did Ron and Fork It do our catering, but they did our cake, as well as a separate dessert for our vegan and gluten free friends. People raved over BOTH, and there were several people that had both desserts!
In all, the day was beautiful, and made all that much better by Ron and his staff. We couldn’t have made a better choice in caterer!

I have had the good fortune to get to enjoy some of the great food and great service from Ron and his team at Fork it Catering. Ron is also a very talented Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef and his cakes are always beautiful and delicious. They will do a fantastic job for your event — big or small!

As a chef people always think you know the best cooks around the world. Well in this case I do. I had a client that moved out to Portland and wanted to have an event and needed a caterer. I told them hands down that Fork it Catering would be it. They were impressed with their staff, the food and the dessert, let’s just say that it made the day. I’m glad to have been able to recommend them and hope to send more people thier way.

I attended an event where Fork It Catering was hired for dinner. The presentation was AMAZING and the food was spectacular! Never have I attended any gathering with such great food. I would hire Fork It Catering for any special events, big or small.

We had Fork it Catering cater our wedding in September of 2012 and it was done perfectly. Their team stuck to the budget we needed and did creative awesome tasting food along with the wedding cake– just how I pictured. The wedding cake was by far the BEST cake I’ve ever had, it didn’t just look great. It was so easy and no hidden costs, with no pressure. Just great food, and great service. It was the best choice for us.

Ron did a wonderful job catering our wedding in 2010. We gave him an idea of our budget and what kinds of foods we enjoy and he came back to us with the perfect menu suggestions. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, our wedding cake was spectacular and tasted better than any other vendor’s products that we had considered working with, plus he was able to provide our guests a gorgeous meal without it costing an arm and a leg. I highly recommend working with Fork It Catering for your special event; you will be happy you did!
