The first sign of a reliable, solid insurance agent and agency is the responsiveness to inquiries. The service that Julie S in Corey Kaster’s office has provided has been warm, prompt, and educational. I am an insurance agent myself and I want to work with agents who work with similar ethics and values as I do. Corey’s team seems to value their clients and they aim to work to find the most appropriate and cost-​effective policies to meet the needs of their clients.
My family and I recently moved to Oregon and need to bundle our renters & auto policies. I am very confident that we found the best plans to fit our needs, thanks to Julie.

Just opened a new renter’s insurance policy with this agency and the customer service representative was excellent. With just one short phone call, I was able to open and pay for my policy. After hanging up, I received a few emails promptly that explained, in a simple way, the next few steps I needed to take. As such, I was able to submit evidence of my coverage to an apartment complex immediately. This greatly expedited my overall apartment rental application process.

Corey and Julie help me with all my insurance needs, both personal and business. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I need something, I can just call up there and get it taken care of right away. We have an annual face-​to-​face meeting to review our policies and make sure they are still meeting our needs. (This has been a super helpful perk that I haven’t experienced with another agent, ever) They go above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met, in a way that isn’t overbearing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an attentive agent who takes great care of you!

Just called this CLOWN and stated =that we are looking for small business Ins. and Corey said, «Please take me off your list» and hung up! This is truly SAD, and makes the other 5 Star Ratings questionable. So having the grit to call back was not a problem, and we found that one of his co-​workers tried to ah hem, make an excuse that he may have misunderstood. An a-​hole is an a-​hole, and maybe he missed his meds this morning, but he IS NOT what the others are stating. Stay clear of this place and this Corey guy.

Corey is the best. There is no competition. House, car, life — he has helped us choose the best insurance for our needs, and saved us money at the same time. Not only that — he is just the nicest dude around. I would absolutely recommend using him if you’re looking for a new Agent… or even if you aren’t.

It has been my pleasure to know Corey Kaster for a number of years. He is personable, courteous, friendly and definitely understands the importance of building relationships with people. As an insurance agent, he is just as interested in helping and educating people about their coverage needs as he is in writing their policies. Insurance can be a confusing entity; Corey takes the time to make sure all questions are answered and to follow through and up on those details that can make the difference. Having experienced the need to submit a claim for water damage last summer, I am incredibly impressed with how well Farmer’s took care of us and what an easy process it was. Corey stayed in touch the entire time; he is a true professional.

I’ve known Corey for a couple of years but was already insured with the same company he represents. However, when it came time to add insurance for my business I gave him a call to discuss my options and decided to switch all my insurance over to him. So far in just 2 months I’ve had more communication, contact and information come from him about my insurance than in 10 years with the other agent! Oh… and he reviewed my information with me and discovered I was paying to much and lowered it!
Corey is the epitome of customer service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
