Maine native Chef Timothy Labonte recently joined the Portland Harbor Hotel restaurant as Executive Chef of Eve’s at the Garden. If you’d like to read about his thoughts on cooking in Maine, this blog shares 5 questions and a recipe.

Perfect for the fall, Chef made a spaghetti squash frittata and a refreshing salad with Brussels sprout on the show Good Day Maine.

Since his graduation from Johnson & Wales, he’s worked as Executive Chef for several restaurants and resorts, including the Bradley Inn in New Harbor, Maine, two eateries in Rockland, Maine, and most recently Pier House Resort & Spa in Key West, Florida.

Labonte’s cuisine focuses on the variety of products and fresh foods that come with each changing season. He finds inspiration in visiting farmer’s markets and talking to local farmers.
