I was a «packaday» smoker for about 7 years until March 2013. Some friends of mine told me about vapes/​ecigs and how it could be used as an alternative to smoking cigarettes. I was definitely skeptical but decided to give it a try. I was introduced to variable voltage mods and have since quit the «packaday» habit. I quit the same day I started vaping. I then set out to be an advocate for my newly found lungs. I started helping my friends quit by introducing them to vapes. Now we’ve opened three stores to try and help others kick the habit.

I have an older Stingray mod with a 4-​post Tosh Atty. I needed a build and went to Elements on a recommendation from a nice lady at another local vape shop.
When I walked in the room was a thick white milky vape cloud (not a bad thing). There were a few customers being helped by the two employees there. I was quickly greeted by Mike and asked what I needed. Mike jumped at the opportunity to do a build.
I also had a missing rice pin in the button of my mod but I previously substituted the tip of a nail for it. The button never quite worked that well and would stick. Mike found a suitable fix for the mean sticky button by machining a piece of «secret» to fit in there, and now it works perfect.
I was trying new flavors from the wide selection of quality liquids on the menu while I waited After all was said and done I had a amazingly good build and on top of that it was free. Thats right. Free. They don’t charge for building coils and do it better than I ever could.
I recommend Elements highly, especially if you want a pro giving you advice and a great selection of liquids.

Saved by the this stores Vaping scientist! Traveling and my American made products mod needed some work and I didn’t have the tools! I went to this hole in the wall in hippy town USA and found a gem!!! I highly recommend if your traveling and need a shop go out of your way as I did to find this small shop. It was well worth it and the guy educated me while working on it his tricks for proper cleaning and maintenance.

This is my favorite shop. They’re consistently nice, helpful, and they don’t shove their immense knowledge of vaping in your face. Their juices are varied and most are delicious to me. I appreciate that it’s easy for me to read the menu quickly, which surprisingly isn’t a thing at other stores! Queer friendly and honest guys. I’m not sure what happened with other folks, but they greet me when I walk in, they’re always super friendly, and they’re straight with you.

My tank broke and I needed a new one stat! Mikey was incredibly helpful! He thoroughly took the time to explain the features and maintenance required of my new tank system. He even took the time to exchange one tank for another that wasn’t threading properly. Mikey could’ve easily ignored this crucial detail.
He was attentive, thorough, and made the daunting new system easy to understand. Go ask for Mikey!

Nice guys, but they’re not terribly attentive as salesman. Claustrophobia-​inducingly small shop but solid selection. Usually pretty loud/​cloudy. If you want to go to the vaping equivalent of a sports bar, Elements is here. If you want a top notch customer service experience, or need help troubleshooting a device, I’d probably steer you to one of the other wonderful shops nearby.

This place is AWESOME!!! Had issues with my mod and they helped me out to fix it, hooked me up with some BOMB juice. The employees, Scottie and Paisley are so friendly and great. I will totally make this drive to them from Seattle because I was THAT impressed. Seriously couldn’t ask for better customer service.

This is my go to vape shop! They have the best juice selection and carry all my favorites flavors. They are very well priced when it comes to their mods, accessories, and juices. The staff here is very unprofessional, and unless you know exactly what you are coming for, do not expect any help. I have been to many vape shops all over the west coast and have truly never experienced such horrible customer service.
I gave the store 2 stars because of the variety of juices they carry. That is, if one of the staff members can find the time to let you see a menu!

I really appreciate the later hours they have; everything else closes too early.
Staff seemed inattentive, unprofessional, and non-​caring. Felt like I was interrupting something more important. They were too busy chatting with their buddies (perhaps regular customers?) to help anyone. There were two workers and a handful+ of people hanging out; helping out a new customer shouldn’t have been impossible. It felt like it was just run by some kids who didn’t understand customer service.
The guy that was helping us was barely paying attention. Just really not that helpful. I was relieved when I left.
Maybe it was just a bad day? I have had overwhelmingly positive experiences in vape stores, so this place kind of threw me off. Everyone else has been so welcoming. Here, I just felt like I was rude for walking in.

I don’t know much about vape-​ing except how to do it. When it comes to the technicalities and flavors and stuff I am good for nothing.
I went to Elements to buy some juice as a gift to my fiancée, when I walked in I couldn’t breathe. It was boxed and it was hard to see 2 feet in front of me. I wasn’t expecting it to be like a lounge, I thought it would be a little… I dunno, airier.
The Asian guy behind the counter (didn’t catch his name so I’m describing him instead) was really friendly and helped me out! Since I am a vape-​noob and didn’t want to get my fiancée the wrong gift, he was really informative and recommended lots of things.
Location is good for business i’m sure but parking was a nightmare (as is anywhere on Hawthorne) If you’re struggling to find it, it’s near the American Apparel.
Customer service was quite splendid, was bummed that there wasn’t a separate room for vaping. I understand you want to try the flavors it was just so overwhelming.

Start off by saying they got some good e-​juices and have a lot of vaping knowledge. They are also quite chill group of 19−20something year olds. With that said, they have horrible customer service. I’ve been there maybe 3 times and each time I felt more of a burden to them than a customer. I’m not one of those customers that ask a million questions, but when I do ask a question its to clarify something I don’t know obviously. I generally like to get what I need and leave as fast as possible. I felt that I was providing customer service to them rather than the other way around.
So if you plan to ask a few questions at the shop while you’re there, you should probably choose a different shop. And if you must buy juices, Ubas is their best flavor.

After stopping by a so-​so vape/​pipe shop on the same street with a friend, I asked her if we could make a quick pit stop here to pick up some juice. I live on the west side so I’ve been to their Beaverton store before, but this spot was a first for me :)
The shop is smaller, but they still have a nice juice wall with their house brand and premium lines (Suicide Bunny, Five Pawns, Propaganda, etc). The guys working here are super chill, and will let you sample any flavor they have. They also do rebuilds (the other shop didn’t), don’t charge for it and will take the time to show you as well. Two thumbs up for them!

These guys are great and know what they are doing. Super knowledgable and friendly bunch. The store is always stocked with awesome assortments of juice and vapes from your entry level pens to your advanced mods. The store is small but inviting and a cool place to just hang out and discover new things and what products are soon to be released.

This is my spot. Love hangen out there, talk shop, get a build, buy some juice, have a few laughs. They know what they’re doen. Very knowledgeable about what they do and won’t hesitate to answer any questions or concerns you have.
Always welcoming and have no problem if you want to chill and vape with them. I hang out there when ever I get a chance and I love the amount of people who come in and decide to quit smoking and stary vaping.

Great vape shop and their employees are well informed. They have the best batteries in town and are reasonably priced.
Their juice selection is by far the most extensive around. With many flavors available to sample, it makes it easy to find the right juice for your vape. The Bamskilicious and Suicide Bunny flavors are my favorite and are a definite must, but their house juice is just as good.
As for custom work and mods, they have everything in store to meet your needs. If you need to bore out your atomizer they have a drill press in the shop. They can also clean the parts with an ultrasonic cleaner afterwards. Or if you need help with building a low ohm coil setup for your new RBA, they can do that too! They definitely have all areas covered.
They have some of the more exotic pieces and accessories for your vaping needs; you won’t find their high quality mechanical mods anywhere else. Jon was able to help me find the right battery for my setup and the best charger for my needs. If it is your first time getting into vaping this is the place to go, they can even satisfy the most experienced vape connoisseur.
Hands down, the best vape shop in Portland! Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
